E, se o homem acusado empurrar uma pessoa com ódio, ou jogar alguma coisa nela, enquanto se esconde para emboscá-la, de modo que a vítima morra,

Y si por odio lo empujó, ó echó sobre él alguna cosa por asechanzas, y muere;

But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die;

If he shoved him out of hatred, or hurled something at him while lying in wait, so that he died,
