Mas, se o homem acusado, de repente, empurrar a vítima sem ter ódio premeditado, ou jogar alguma coisa que acerte a vítima sem emboscada,

Mas si casualmente lo empujó sin enemistades, ó echó sobre él cualquier instrumento sin asechanzas,
