From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

Este trabajo que deben hacer en el Tabernáculo de Reunión implica cuidar las cosas más sagradas.

This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:
“This is the service of the sons of Kohath in the Tent of Meeting, regarding the most holy things.
Cada vez que muevan el campamento, Aarón y sus hijos entrarán, quitarán el velo y lo colocarán sobre el Arca del Testimonio.
Cuando se hubiere de mudar el campo, vendrán Aarón y sus hijos, y desarmarán el velo de la tienda, y cubrirán con él el arca del testimonio:
And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:
When the camp moves forward, Aaron shall go in with his sons; and they shall take down the veil of the screen, cover the ark of the Testimony with it,
Sobre esto pondrán una fina cubierta de cuero, extenderán un paño de color azul sólido sobre ella, y luego insertarán las varas para transportarlo.
Y pondrán sobre ella la cubierta de pieles de tejones, y extenderán encima el paño todo de cárdeno, y le pondrán sus varas.
And shall put thereon the covering of badgers’ skins, and shall spread over it a cloth wholly of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.

Que extiendan también un paño azul sobre la mesa de la Presencia, y que pongan sobre ella los platos y las copas, así como los cuencos y las jarras para la ofrenda de bebida. La ofrenda permanente de pan debe permanecer sobre ella.
Y sobre la mesa de la proposición extenderán el paño cárdeno, y pondrán sobre ella las escudillas, y las cucharas, y las copas, y los tazones para libar: y el pan continuo estará sobre ella.
And upon the table of shewbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and covers to cover withal: and the continual bread shall be thereon:
“On the table of show bread they shall spread a blue cloth, and put on it the dishes, the spoons, the bowls, and the cups with which to pour out; and the continual bread shall be on it.
Sobre todas estas cosas deben extender un paño carmesí, luego una fina cubierta de cuero, y luego insertar las varas para transportarla.

And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his snuffdishes, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:
“They shall take a blue cloth and cover the lamp stand of the light, its lamps, its snuffers, its snuff dishes, and all its oil vessels, with which they minister to it.
Luego deben envolverlo junto con todos sus utensilios dentro de una fina cubierta de cuero y colocarlo enel bastidor para transportarlo.

Deben colocar todos los utensilios usados para el servicio en el santuario en un paño azul, cubrirlos con cuero fino y colocarlos en el bastidor para transportarlos.

And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers’ skins, and shall put them on a bar:

And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
“When Aaron and his sons have finished covering the sanctuary and all the furniture of the sanctuary, as the camp moves forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to carry it; but they shall not touch the sanctuary, lest they die. The sons of Kohath shall carry these things belonging to the Tent of Meeting.
“Eleazar, hijo del sacerdote Aarón, supervisará la obtención del aceite de oliva para las lámparas, el incienso aromático, la ofrenda de grano diaria y el aceite de la unción. Estará a cargo de todo el Tabernáculo y todo lo que hay en él, todas las cosas sagradas y el equipo”.

And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.
“The duty of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be the oil for the light, the sweet incense, the continual meal offering, and the anointing oil, the requirements of all the tabernacle, and of all that is in it, the sanctuary, and its furnishings.”
Entonces el Señor le dijo a Moisés y Aarón:

“Asegúrense de que las familias de Coat no sean eliminadas entre los levitas.

Esto es lo que tienes que hacer para que vivan y no mueran por acercarse demasiado a un objeto sagrado: Aarón y sus hijos deben entrar y decirle a cada uno de ellos lo que tienen que hacer y lo que tienen que llevar.
Mas esto haréis con ellos, para que vivan, y no mueran cuando llegaren al lugar santísimo: Aarón y sus hijos vendrán y los pondrán á cada uno en su oficio, y en su cargo.
But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:

Pero no deben entrar y mirar las cosas más sagradas, ni siquiera por un momento, de lo contrario morirán”.

Cuenta a los hombres de treinta a cincuenta años que tengan derecho a hacer el trabajo de servir en el Tabernáculo de Reunión.

And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers’ skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
they shall carry the curtains of the tabernacle and the Tent of Meeting, its covering, the covering of sealskin that is on it, the screen for the door of the Tent of Meeting,
las cortinas del patio, la cortina de la entrada del patio que rodea el Tabernáculo y el altar, las cuerdas y todo lo relacionado con su uso. Las familias de Gersón son responsables de todo lo que se requiera en relación con estos artículos.

Todo lo que hagan estará bajo la supervisión de Aarón y sus hijos, así como todo el trabajo y las tareas que lleven a cabo. Debes decirles todo lo que deben llevar.

Fue en respuesta a las instrucciones del Señor que fueron registrados por Moisés. A cada uno de los inscritos se les dijo qué hacer y qué llevar, tal como el Señor se lo había ordenado a Moisés.

According to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.
According to the commandment of the LORD they were counted by Moses, everyone according to his service and according to his burden. Thus they were counted by him, as the LORD commanded Moses.
