Paul, prisonnier de Jésus-Christ, et Timothée, notre frère, à Philémon notre bien-aimé et notre compagnon d'œuvre,

PABLO, prisionero de Jesucristo, y el hermano Timoteo, á Filemón amado, y coadjutor nuestro;

Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer,

Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus, and Timothy our brother, to Philemon, our beloved fellow worker,

et à Apphia notre sœur, et à Archippe, notre compagnon d'armes, et à l'Eglise qui est dans ta maison :

Y á la amada Apphia, y á Archîpo, compañero de nuestra milicia, y á la iglesia que está en tu casa:

And to our beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellowsoldier, and to the church in thy house:

to the beloved Apphia, to Archippus our fellow soldier, and to the assembly in your house:

La grâce et la paix vous soient données de la part de Dieu, notre Père, et du Seigneur Jésus-Christ !

Gracia á vosotros y paz de Dios nuestro Padre, y del Señor Jesucristo.

Je rends sans cesse grâces à mon Dieu, faisant mention de toi dans mes prières ;

I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,

en apprenant la foi que tu as au Seigneur Jésus, et ta charité envers tous les saints ;

Oyendo tu caridad, y la fe que tienes en el Señor Jesús, y para con todos los santos;

Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints;

hearing of your love and of the faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints,

afin que la communion de ta foi soit efficace dans la connaissance de tout bien qui est en nous, pour Jésus-Christ.

Para que la comunicación de tu fe sea eficaz, en el conocimiento de todo el bien que está en vosotros, por Cristo Jesús.

That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

that the fellowship of your faith may become effective in the knowledge of every good thing which is in us in Christ Jesus.

Car nous avons une grande joie et une grande consolation dans ta charité, parce que les entrailles des saints ont été réjouies par toi, frère.

Porque tenemos gran gozo y consolación de tu caridad, de que por ti, oh hermano, han sido recreadas las entrañas de los santos.

For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother.

For we have much joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, brother.

C'est pourquoi, bien que j'aie en Christ une grande liberté pour te commander ce qui est convenable ;

Por lo cual, aunque tengo mucha resolución en Cristo para mandarte lo que conviene,

Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient,

Therefore though I have all boldness in Christ to command you that which is appropriate,

je te supplie plutôt par la charité, étant ce que je suis, Paul, vieillard, et même maintenant prisonnier de Jésus-Christ :

Ruégote más bien por amor, siendo tal cual soy, Pablo viejo, y aun ahora prisionero de Jesucristo:

Yet for love’s sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.

je te supplie pour mon enfant, que j'ai engendré étant dans les chaînes, Onésime,

Ruégote por mi hijo Onésimo, que he engendrado en mis prisiones,

I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds:

I appeal to you for my child Onesimus, whom I have become the father of in my chains,

qui t'a autrefois été inutile, mais qui sera présentement très utile et à toi et à moi, et que je te renvoie.

El cual en otro tiempo te fué inútil, mas ahora á ti y á mí es útil;

Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:

who once was useless to you, but now is useful to you and to me.

Toi donc reçois-le, comme mes propres entrailles.

El cual te vuelvo á enviar; tú pues, recíbele como á mis entrañas.

Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:

I am sending him back. Therefore receive him, that is, my own heart,

J'aurais souhaité de le retenir auprès de moi, afin qu'il me servît pour toi, dans les liens de l'Evangile ;

Yo quisiera detenerle conmigo, para que en lugar de ti me sirviese en las prisiones del evangelio;

Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:

whom I desired to keep with me, that on your behalf he might serve me in my chains for the Good News.

mais je n'ai rien voulu faire sans ton consentement, afin que le bien que tu feras ne soit pas forcé, mais volontaire.

Mas nada quise hacer sin tu consejo, porque tu beneficio no fuese como de necesidad, sino voluntario.

But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.

But I was willing to do nothing without your consent, that your goodness would not be as of necessity, but of free will.

Car peut-être a-t-il été séparé de toi pour quelque temps, afin que tu le recouvres pour toujours,

Porque acaso por esto se ha apartado de ti por algún tiempo, para que le recibieses para siempre;

For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;

For perhaps he was therefore separated from you for a while that you would have him forever,

non plus comme un esclave, mais comme étant fort au-dessus d'un esclave, comme un frère bien-aimé, de moi particulièrement, et à bien plus forte raison de toi, et dans la chair, et dans le Seigneur !

No ya como siervo, antes más que siervo, como hermano amado, mayormente de mí, pero cuánto más de ti, en la carne y en el Señor.

Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?

no longer as a slave, but more than a slave, a beloved brother—especially to me, but how much rather to you, both in the flesh and in the Lord.

Si donc tu me regardes comme uni avec toi, reçois-le comme moi-même.

Así que, si me tienes por compañero, recíbele como á mí.

If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.

If then you count me a partner, receive him as you would receive me.

Que s'il t'a fait quelque tort, ou s'il te doit quelque chose, mets-le-moi en compte :

Y si en algo te dañó, ó te debe, ponlo á mi cuenta.

If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account;

But if he has wronged you at all or owes you anything, put that to my account.

moi, Paul, je t'écris de ma propre main, moi je le rendrai ; pour ne pas te dire que tu te dois toi-même à moi.

Yo Pablo lo escribí de mi mano, yo lo pagaré: por no decirte que aun á ti mismo te me debes demás.

I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.

I, Paul, write this with my own hand: I will repay it (not to mention to you that you owe to me even your own self besides).

Oui, frère, que je reçoive de toi cet avantage dans le Seigneur ; réjouis mes entrailles dans le Seigneur.

Sí, hermano, góceme yo de ti en el Señor; recrea mis entrañas en el Señor.

Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord.

Yes, brother, let me have joy from you in the Lord. Refresh my heart in the Lord.

Je t'écris, comptant sur ton obéissance sachant que tu feras même plus que je ne dis.

Te he escrito confiando en tu obediencia, sabiendo que aun harás más de lo que digo.

Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt also do more than I say.

Having confidence in your obedience, I write to you, knowing that you will do even beyond what I say.

En même temps aussi, prépare-moi un logement ; car j'espère que, par vos prières, je vous serai rendu.

Y asimismo prepárame también alojamiento; porque espero que por vuestras oraciones os tengo de ser concedido.

But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.

Also, prepare a guest room for me, for I hope that through your prayers I will be restored to you.
