1Por lo demás, hermanos míos, alégrense en el Señor. Escribir las mismas cosas a ustedes no es problema para mí, y para ustedes es seguro.
2Vigilar a los perros, a los malos obreros, a los que practican la circuncisión;
3Porque en efecto somos la verdadera circuncisión, los que en espíritu servimos a Dios, que nos glorificamos en Jesucristo y no teniendo confianza en la carne.
4Aunque Yo mismo podría tener fe en la carne: si algún otro hombre tiene razones para tener fe en la carne, tengo más:
5Siendo dado la circuncisión en el octavo día, de la nación de Israel, de la tribu de Benjamín, un hebreo de Hebreos; en relación con la ley, un fariseo:
6En odio amargo fui cruel con la iglesia; Mantuve toda la rectitud de la ley hasta el último detalle.
7Pero aquellas cosas que me beneficiaron, las abandoné por Cristo.
8Si, en verdad, y estoy dispuesto a renunciar a todas las cosas para el conocimiento de Cristo Jesús, mi Señor, que es más que todo: por quien por amor he sufrido la pérdida de todas las cosas, y para mí son menos que nada, de modo que Puedo tener a Cristo como mi recompensa,
9Y ser visto en él, no teniendo mi justicia que es de la ley, sino la que es por la fe en Cristo, la justicia que es de Dios por la fe:
10Para que yo pueda conocerlo, y del poder de su resurrección, y una parte con él en sus dolores, llegando a ser como él en su muerte;
11Si de alguna manera puedo tener la recompensa de la vida de entre los muertos.
12No como si ya hubiera recibido la recompensa o se hubiera completado, sino que continúo con la esperanza de llegar al conocimiento de aquello por lo cual fui hecho siervo de Cristo Jesús.
13Hermanos, es claro para mí que no he llegado a ese conocimiento; pero una cosa hago, dejando ir aquellas cosas que están pasadas, y extendiéndome a las cosas que están antes,
14Me adelanto a la marca, incluso la recompensa del gran propósito de Dios en Cristo Jesús.
15Entonces, todos nosotros, que hemos llegado a un crecimiento completo, tengamos esta mentalidad: y si en algo eres de una mente diferente, incluso esto te lo revelará Dios:
16Solo que, hasta donde tenemos, seamos guiados por la misma regla.
17Hermanos, tómenme como ejemplo y tomen nota de aquellos que caminan siguiendo el ejemplo que hemos dado.
18Porque hay aquellos de quienes te he hablado antes, y ahora con tristeza, que aborrecen la cruz de Cristo;
19Cuyo fin es la destrucción, cuyo dios es el estómago, y cuya gloria es en su vergüenza, cuyos pensamientos están fijos en las cosas de la tierra.
20Porque nuestra tierra está en el cielo; de donde vendrá el Salvador por quien estamos esperando, incluso el Señor Jesucristo:
21Por el cual este pobre cuerpo nuestro será transformado a la imagen del cuerpo de su gloria, por el poder por el cual él puede poner todas las cosas debajo de sí mismo.

1RESTA, hermanos, que os gocéis en el Señor. A mí, á la verdad, no es molesto el escribiros las mismas cosas, y para vosotros es seguro.
2Guardaos de los perros, guardaos de los malos obreros, guardaos del cortamiento.
3Porque nosotros somos la circuncisión, los que servimos en espíritu á Dios, y nos gloriamos en Cristo Jesús, no teniendo confianza en la carne.
4Aunque yo tengo también de qué confiar en la carne. Si alguno parece que tiene de qué confiar en la carne, yo más:
5Circuncidado al octavo día, del linaje de Israel, de la tribu de Benjamín, Hebreo de Hebreos; cuanto á la ley, Fariseo;
6Cuanto al celo, perseguidor de la iglesia; cuanto á la justicia que es en la ley, irreprensible.
7Pero las cosas que para mí eran ganancias, helas reputado pérdidas por amor de Cristo.
8Y ciertamente, aun reputo todas las cosas pérdida por el eminente conocimiento de Cristo Jesús, mi Señor, por amor del cual lo he perdido todo, y téngolo por estiércol, para ganar á Cristo,
9Y ser hallado en él, no teniendo mi justicia, que es por la ley, sino la que es por la fe de Cristo, la justicia que es de Dios por la fe;
10A fin de conocerle, y la virtud de su resurrección, y la participación de sus padecimientos, en conformidad á su muerte,
11Si en alguna manera llegase á la resurrección de los muertos.
12No que ya haya alcanzado, ni que ya sea perfecto; sino que prosigo, por ver si alcanzo aquello para lo cual fuí también alcanzado de Cristo Jesús.
13Hermanos, yo mismo no hago cuenta de haberlo ya alcanzado; pero una cosa hago: olvidando ciertamente lo que queda atrás, y extendiéndome á lo que está delante,
14Prosigo al blanco, al premio de la soberana vocación de Dios en Cristo Jesús.
15Así que, todos los que somos perfectos, esto mismo sintamos: y si otra cosa sentís, esto también os revelará Dios.
16Empero en aquello á que hemos llegado, vamos por la misma regla, sintamos una misma cosa.
17Hermanos, sed imitadores de mí, y mirad los que así anduvieren como nos tenéis por ejemplo.
18Porque muchos andan, de los cuales os dije muchas veces, y aun ahora lo digo llorando, que son enemigos de la cruz de Cristo:
19Cuyo fin será perdición, cuyo dios es el vientre, y su gloria es en confusión; que sienten lo terreno.
20Mas nuestra vivienda es en los cielos; de donde también esperamos al Salvador, al Señor Jesucristo;
21El cual transformará el cuerpo de nuestra bajeza, para ser semejante al cuerpo de su gloria, por la operación con la cual puede también sujetar á sí todas las cosas.

1Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.
2Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
3For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.
4Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:
5Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;
6Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
7But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
8Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
10That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
11If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
12Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
13Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
16Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
17Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
18(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
20For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

1Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not tiresome, but for you it is safe.
2Beware of the dogs; beware of the evil workers; beware of the false circumcision.
3For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh;
4though I myself might have confidence even in the flesh. If any other man thinks that he has confidence in the flesh, I yet more:
5circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee;
6concerning zeal, persecuting the assembly; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, found blameless.
7However, I consider those things that were gain to me as a loss for Christ.
8Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be a loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ
9and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith,
10that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death,
11if by any means I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
12Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus.
13Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do: forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward to the things which are before,
14I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, think this way. If in anything you think otherwise, God will also reveal that to you.
16Nevertheless, to the extent that we have already attained, let’s walk by the same rule. Let’s be of the same mind.
17Brothers, be imitators together of me, and note those who walk this way, even as you have us for an example.
18For many walk, of whom I told you often, and now tell you even weeping, as the enemies of the cross of Christ,
19whose end is destruction, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who think about earthly things.
20For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
21who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.
