QUANT'è al rimanente, fratelli miei, rallegratevi nel Signore. A me certo non è grave scrivervi le medesime cose, e per voi è sicuro.

RESTA, hermanos, que os gocéis en el Señor. A mí, á la verdad, no es molesto el escribiros las mismas cosas, y para vosotros es seguro.

Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.

Guardatevi da' cani, guardatevi dai cattivi operai, guardatevi dal ricidimento.

Guardaos de los perros, guardaos de los malos obreros, guardaos del cortamiento.

Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.

Poichè la circoncisione siam noi, noi che serviamo in Ispirito a Dio, e ci gloriamo in Cristo Gesù, e non ci confidiamo nella carne.

Porque nosotros somos la circuncisión, los que servimos en espíritu á Dios, y nos gloriamos en Cristo Jesús, no teniendo confianza en la carne.

Io, che sono stato circonciso l'ottavo giorno, che sono della nazione d'Israele, della tribù di Beniamino, Ebreo di Ebrei; quant'è alla legge, Fariseo;

quant'è alla zelo, essendo stato persecutor della chiesa; quant'è alla giustizia, che è nella legge, essendo stato irreprensibile.

Ma le cose che mi eran guadagni, quelle ho reputate danno, per Cristo.

Pero las cosas que para mí eran ganancias, helas reputado pérdidas por amor de Cristo.

But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

However, I consider those things that were gain to me as a loss for Christ.

Anzi pure ancora reputo tutte queste cose esser danno, per l'eccellenza della conoscenza di Cristo Gesù, mio Signore, per il quale io ho fatta perdita di tutte queste cose, e le reputo tanti sterchi, acciocchè io guadagni Cristo.

Y ciertamente, aun reputo todas las cosas pérdida por el eminente conocimiento de Cristo Jesús, mi Señor, por amor del cual lo he perdido todo, y téngolo por estiércol, para ganar á Cristo,

Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be a loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ

E sia trovato in lui, non già avendo la mia giustizia, che è dalla legge; ma quella che è per la fede di Cristo: la giustizia che è da Dio, mediante la fede;

Y ser hallado en él, no teniendo mi justicia, que es por la ley, sino la que es por la fe de Cristo, la justicia que es de Dios por la fe;

And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

per conoscere esso Cristo, e la virtù della sua risurrezione, e la comunione delle sue sofferenze, essendo reso conforme alla sua morte;

A fin de conocerle, y la virtud de su resurrección, y la participación de sus padecimientos, en conformidad á su muerte,

That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

per provare se una volta perverrò alla risurrezione de' morti.

Si en alguna manera llegase á la resurrección de los muertos.

Non già ch'io abbia ottenuto il premio, o che già sia pervenuto alla perfezione; anzi proseguo, per procacciar di ottenere il premio; per la qual cagione ancora sono stato preso da Gesù Cristo.

Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

ma una cosa fo: dimenticando le cose che sono dietro, e distendendomi alle cose che son davanti, proseguo il corso verso il segno, al palio della superna vocazione di Dio, in Cristo Gesù.

Prosigo al blanco, al premio de la soberana vocación de Dios en Cristo Jesús.

I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Perciò, quanti siamo compiuti, abbiam questo sentimento; e se voi sentite altrimente in alcuna cosa, Iddio vi rivelerà quello ancora.

Así que, todos los que somos perfectos, esto mismo sintamos: y si otra cosa sentís, esto también os revelará Dios.

Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

Ma pur camminiamo d'una stessa regola, e sentiamo una stessa cosa, in ciò a che siam pervenuti.

Empero en aquello á que hemos llegado, vamos por la misma regla, sintamos una misma cosa.

Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

Siate miei imitatori, fratelli; e considerate coloro che camminano così, come avete noi per esempio.

Hermanos, sed imitadores de mí, y mirad los que así anduvieren como nos tenéis por ejemplo.

Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.

Percioccchè molti camminano, de' quali molte volte vi ho detto, ed ancora al presente lo dico piangendo, che sono i nemici della croce di Cristo,

Poichè noi viviamo ne' cieli, come nella nostra città: onde ancora aspettiamo il Salvatore, il Signor Gesù Cristo.

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

Il quale trasformerà il nostro corpo vile, acciocchè sia reso conforme al suo corpo glorioso, secondo la virtù per la quale può eziandio sottoporsi ogni cosa.

El cual transformará el cuerpo de nuestra bajeza, para ser semejante al cuerpo de su gloria, por la operación con la cual puede también sujetar á sí todas las cosas.

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
