Daher (Deshalb, Also), meine geliebten und herbeigesehnten Geschwister, meine Freude und Schmuck, auf solche Weise steht fest im Herrn, Geliebte.

ASÍ que, hermanos míos amados y deseados, gozo y corona mía, estad así firmes en el Señor, amados.

Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.

Euodia bitte ich und Syntyche {bitte ich}, einnmütig zu sein (dasselbe zu denken) im Herrn.

A Euodias ruego, y á Syntychê exhorto, que sientan lo mismo en el Señor.

I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.

I exhort Euodia, and I exhort Syntyche, to think the same way in the Lord.

Ja, ich bitte auch dich, rechter („waschechter“) Gefährte (Genosse), steh ihnen bei (hilf ihnen), die mit mir zusammen im Evangelium gekämpft haben mit Clemens und meinen übrigen Mitarbeitern, deren Namen im Buch des Lebens †sind, stehen.

Asimismo te ruego también á ti, hermano compañero, ayuda á las que trabajaron juntamente conmigo en el evangelio, con Clemente también, y los demás mis colaboradores, cuyos nombres están en el libro de la vida.

And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

Yes, I beg you also, true partner, help these women, for they labored with me in the Good News with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.

Freut euch immer (stets) im Herrn! Aufs neue (Nochmals, Wiederum) werde ich sagen: freut euch!

Gozaos en el Señor siempre: otra vez digo: Que os gocéis.

Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

Eure Güte lasst alle Menschen erfahren. Der Herr †ist nahe!

Vuestra modestia sea conocida de todos los hombres. El Señor está cerca.

Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

Um nichts sorgt euch, sondern in jedem Gebet und †jeder Bitte sollen eure Anliegen (Bitten) mit Danksagung Gott kundgetan (zur Kenntnis gebracht) werden.

Por nada estéis afanosos; sino sean notorias vuestras peticiones delante de Dios en toda oración y ruego, con hacimiento de gracias.

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

Und der Friede Gottes, der alle Vernunft übertrifft, bewahre (beschütze, behüte) eure Herzen und Gedanken in Christus Jesus.

Y la paz de Dios, que sobrepuja todo entendimiento, guardará vuestros corazones y vuestros entendimientos en Cristo Jesús.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Im übrigen (Außerdem, Weiterhin, Endlich), Geschwister, was wahr ist, was ehrbar (ehrwürdig), was gerecht, was rein, was angenehm (beliebt, wohlgefällig), was wohltuend (glückverheißend, löblich, anziehend, ansprechend), ob irgendeiner Tugend †hat und ob irgendeiner Lob †verdient, das bedenkt.

Und was ihr bei mir gelernt und †von mir übernommen und gehört und gesehen habt, das tut. Und der Gott des Friedens sei mit euch.

Lo que aprendisteis y recibisteis y oísteis y visteis en mí, esto haced; y el Dios de paz será con vosotros.

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Do the things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me, and the God of peace will be with you.

Ich freute mich aber sehr im Herrn, weil (dass) ihr endlich einmal aufgeblüht seid, was eure Fürsorge für mich betrifft , denn ihr dachtet †an mich, fandet aber keine Gelegenheit.

Mas en gran manera me gocé en el Señor de que ya al fin ha reflorecido vuestro cuidado de mí; de lo cual aun estabais solícitos, pero os faltaba la oportunidad.

But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.

Ich bin durchaus (in allem, in jeder Beziehung) und in jeder Hinsicht (in allen Stücken) eingeweiht, sowohl satt sein (satt werden), als auch hungern, sowohl Überfluss haben wie Mangel leiden.

Sé estar humillado, y sé tener abundancia: en todo y por todo estoy enseñado, así para hartura como para hambre, así para tener abundancia como para padecer necesidad.

I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.

Alles vermag ich durch den, der mich stark macht.

Todo lo puedo en Cristo que me fortalece.

Jedoch (indessen) habt ihr gut gehandelt, dass ihr an meiner Bedrängnis Anteil genommen habt.

Sin embargo, bien hicisteis que comunicasteis juntamente á mi tribulación.

Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.

However you did well that you shared in my affliction.

Aber auch ihr Philipper wisst, dass am Beginn des Evangeliums, als ich von Mazedonien loszog (auszog), mir keine Gemeinde Anteil gewährte in Abrechnung des Gebens und Nehmens (der Ausgaben und Einnahmen) als ihr allein,

Y sabéis también vosotros, oh Filipenses, que al principio del evangelio, cuando partí de Macedonia, ninguna iglesia me comunicó en razón de dar y recibir, sino vosotros solos.

Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.

You yourselves also know, you Philippians, that in the beginning of the Good News, when I departed from Macedonia, no assembly shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you only.

weil ihr mir auch nach Thessaloniki (ein- bis zweimal =) ein paarmal eine Zusendung machtet, um meinem Mangel abzuhelfen.

Porque aun á Tesalónica me enviasteis lo necesario una y dos veces.

For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.

Nicht, dass ich die (Gabe =) Zinsen suche, sondern ich wünsche (die Frucht in ihrer reichlichen Fülle =) den Profit, zu euren Gunsten verrechnet (auf euer Konto gebucht) .

No porque busque dádivas; mas busco fruto que abunde en vuestra cuenta.

Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.

Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account.

Ich habe aber alles empfangen und lebe im Überfluss. Mir sind die Hände gefüllt, nachdem ich von Epaphroditus eure Gabe empfangen habe, ein wohlriechender Opferduft, ein angenehmes Opfer, wohlgefällig dem Herrn.

Empero todo lo he recibido, y tengo abundancia: estoy lleno, habiendo recibido de Epafrodito lo que enviasteis, olor de suavidad, sacrificio acepto, agradable á Dios.

But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.

But I have all things and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God.

Mein Gott aber fülle all euren Mangel (Bedarf, Not) aus entsprechend seines Reichtums in der Herrlichkeit in Christus Jesus.

Mi Dios, pues, suplirá todo lo que os falta conforme á sus riquezas en gloria en Cristo Jesús.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Unserem Gott und Vater aber sei Ehre bis in die fernste Ewigkeit. Amen.
