Proverbios 10

He that brings forth wisdom from his lips smites the Lit. heartless man, Hebraism fool with a rod.

En los labios del prudente se halla sabiduría: y vara á las espaldas del falto de cordura.

In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.

Wisdom is found on the lips of him who has discernment, but a rod is for the back of him who is void of understanding.
