Wenn keine umsichtige Leitung da ist, kommt ein Volk zu Fall; gut aber steht’s, wenn Ratgeber in großer Zahl da sind. –

Cuando faltaren las industrias, caerá el pueblo: mas en la multitud de consejeros hay salud.

Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory.
