Proverbios 12

Meglio è colui del quale non si fa stima, e pure ha un servitore, Che colui che fa il borioso, ed ha mancamento di pane.

Mejor es el que es menospreciado y tiene servidores, que el que se precia, y carece de pan.

He that is despised, and hath a servant, is better than he that honoureth himself, and lacketh bread.

Better is he who is little known, and has a servant, than he who honors himself and lacks bread.
