Auf der Menge des Kriegsvolks beruht das Ansehen eines Königs; aber der Mangel an Kriegsmannschaft führt den Sturz eines Fürsten herbei. –

En la multitud de pueblo está la gloria del rey: y en la falta de pueblo la flaqueza del príncipe.

In the multitude of people is the king’s honour: but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince.

In the multitude of people is the king’s glory, but in the lack of people is the destruction of the prince.
