Les projets échouent où manquent les conseils, Mais ils se réalisent, lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de conseillers.

Los pensamientos son frustrados donde no hay consejo; mas en la multitud de consejeros se afirman.

Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.

Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established.
