O homem paciente vale mais que um guerreiro que venceu muitas batalhas, porque vale muito mais controlar as próprias emoções do que conquistar uma cidade.

Mejor es el que tarde se aira que el fuerte; y el que se enseñorea de su espíritu, que el que toma una ciudad.

He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.
