Schon eine Geldstrafe einem Unschuldigen aufzuerlegen ist vom Übel; Edle aber zu schlagen ist ganz ungebührlich. –

Ciertamente no es bueno condenar al justo, ni herir á los príncipes que hacen lo recto.

Also to punish the just is not good, nor to strike princes for equity.

Also to punish the righteous is not good, nor to flog officials for their integrity.
