Proverbios 19

Quando um rebelde é castigado, as pessoas inexperientes veem as consequências do pecado e se tornam sábias; quando o homem com discernimento é repreendido ele se torna mais sábio.

Hiere al escarnecedor, y el simple se hará avisado; y corrigiendo al entendido, entenderá ciencia.

Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge.

Flog a scoffer, and the simple will learn prudence; rebuke one who has understanding, and he will gain knowledge.
