Tous les frères du pauvre le haïssent ; combien plus ses amis s’éloigneront-ils de lui ! Il les poursuit de ses paroles,… ils n’y sont plus !

Todos los hermanos del pobre le aborrecen: ¡cuánto más sus amigos se alejarán de él! buscará la palabra y no la hallará.

All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursueth them with words, yet they are wanting to him.

All the relatives of the poor shun him; how much more do his friends avoid him! He pursues them with pleas, but they are gone.
