That I might make thee know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee?
To teach you truth, reliable words, to give sound answers to the ones who sent you?
Não explore o pobre porque ele não pode se defender! Não seja injusto ao tratar dos problemas de uma pessoa humilde que não tem quem a defenda no tribunal,
No robes al pobre, porque es pobre, ni quebrantes en la puerta al afligido:

pois o Senhor mesmo lutará em favor do pobre e do humilde e castigará com a morte quem explora os fracos.

Para que arriscar os seus bens, se você não tem como pagá-las, chegando a perder até a cama em que dorme?
Si no tuvieres para pagar, ¿por qué han de quitar tu cama de debajo de ti?
If thou hast nothing to pay, why should he take away thy bed from under thee?
If you don’t have means to pay, why should he take away your bed from under you?
Não tente aumentar sua propriedade mudando os antigos marcos!
No traspases el término antiguo que pusieron tus padres.
Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
Don’t move the ancient boundary stone which your fathers have set up.
Você conhece alguém que faz seu trabalho com cuidado e perfeição? Em pouco tempo seu valor será reconhecido e ele será chamado para trabalhar para o rei.
¿Has visto hombre solícito en su obra? delante de los reyes estará; no estará delante de los de baja suerte.
Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.
Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men.
