Ein Dorn, der in die Hand eines Betrunkenen gerät: So ist ein Spruch im Mund der Toren.

Espinas hincadas en mano del embriagado, tal es el proverbio en la boca de los necios.

As a thorn goeth up into the hand of a drunkard, so is a parable in the mouth of fools.

Like a thorn bush that goes into the hand of a drunkard, so is a parable in the mouth of fools.
