Proverbios 28

Quand un pays est en révolte, les chefs deviennent nombreux ; Grâce à un homme intelligent et entendu, l'ordre est de longue durée.

Por la rebelión de la tierra sus príncipes son muchos: mas por el hombre entendido y sabio permanecerá sin mutación.

For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

In rebellion, a land has many rulers, but order is maintained by a man of understanding and knowledge.
