Proverbios 28

Il y a plusieurs gouverneurs, à cause des forfaits du pays, mais pour l’amour de l’homme avisé et intelligent, il y aura prolongation du même Gouvernement.

Por la rebelión de la tierra sus príncipes son muchos: mas por el hombre entendido y sabio permanecerá sin mutación.

For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

In rebellion, a land has many rulers, but order is maintained by a man of understanding and knowledge.
