Proverbios 28

Durch die Sündhaftigkeit eines Landes tritt häufiger Fürstenwechsel ein; aber durch einen einsichtigen, erfahrenen Mann gewinnt der Rechtsstand lange Dauer. –

Por la rebelión de la tierra sus príncipes son muchos: mas por el hombre entendido y sabio permanecerá sin mutación.

For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.

In rebellion, a land has many rulers, but order is maintained by a man of understanding and knowledge.
