Proverbios 28

Cuando los impíos alzaren cabeza, se esconderán los hombres de bien; mas cuando perecieren aquéllos, los justos se multiplica-rán.

Cuando los impíos son levantados, esconderáse el hombre: mas cuando perecen, los justos se multiplican.

When the wicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.
