L'uomo povero, che oppressa i miseri, È come una pioggia strabocchevole, che fa che non vi è del pane.

El hombre pobre y robador de los pobres, es lluvia de avenida y sin pan.

A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food.

A needy man who oppresses the poor is like a driving rain which leaves no crops.
