Proverbios 29

Quando non vi è visione, il popolo è dissipato; Ma beato chi guarda la Legge.

Sin profecía el pueblo será disipado: mas el que guarda la ley, bienaventurado él.

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but one who keeps the law is blessed.
