Proverbios 29

Cuando se multiplican los justos, se llena de gozo el pueblo; cuando los impíos toman las riendas del gobierno; el pueblo tendrá que gemir.

Cuando los justos dominan, el pueblo se alegra: mas cuando domina el impío, el pueblo gime.

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.

When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.
