Proverbios 2

so du sie suchest wie Silber und forschest sie wie die Schätze,

HIJO mío, si tomares mis palabras, y mis mandamientos guardares dentro de ti,

My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;

My son, if you will receive my words, and store up my commandments within you,

alsdann wirst du die Furcht des HERRN vernehmen und Gottes Erkenntnis finden.

Haciendo estar atento tu oído á la sabiduría; si inclinares tu corazón á la prudencia;

So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding;

so as to turn your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding;

Denn der HERR gibt Weisheit, und aus seinem Munde kommt Erkenntnis und Verstand.

Si clamares á la inteligencia, y á la prudencia dieres tu voz;

Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;

yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding;

Er läßt's den Aufrichtigen gelingen und beschirmet die Frommen

Si como á la plata la buscares, y la escudriñares como á tesoros;

If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures;

if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures;

und behütet die, so recht tun, und bewahret den Weg seiner Heiligen.

Entonces entenderás el temor de Jehová, y hallarás el conocimiento de Dios.

Then shalt thou understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

then you will understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

Dann wirst du verstehen Gerechtigkeit und Recht und Frömmigkeit und allen guten Weg.

Porque Jehová da la sabiduría, y de su boca viene el conocimiento y la inteligencia.

For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

For the LORD gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.

Wo die Weisheit dir zu Herzen gehet, daß du gerne lernest,

El provee de sólida sabiduría á los rectos: es escudo á los que caminan rectamente.

He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.

He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity,

so wird dich guter Rat bewahren und Verstand wird dich behüten,

Es el que guarda las veredas del juicio, y preserva el camino de sus santos.

He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.

that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints.

daß du nicht geratest auf den Weg der Bösen noch unter die verkehrten Schwätzer,

Entonces entenderás justicia, juicio, y equidad, y todo buen camino.

Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.

Then you will understand righteousness and justice, equity and every good path.

die da verlassen die rechte Bahn und gehen finstere Wege,

Cuando la sabiduría entrare en tu corazón, y la ciencia fuere dulce á tu alma,

When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul;

For wisdom will enter into your heart. Knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.

die sich freuen, Böses zu tun, und sind fröhlich in ihrem bösen, verkehrten Wesen,

El consejo te guardará, te preservará la inteligencia:

Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:

Discretion will watch over you. Understanding will keep you,

welche ihren Weg verkehren und folgen ihrem Abwege;

Para librarte del mal camino, de los hombres que hablan perversidades;

To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things;

to deliver you from the way of evil, from the men who speak perverse things,

daß du nicht geratest an eines andern Weib, und die nicht dein ist, die glatte Worte gibt

Que dejan las veredas derechas, por andar en caminos tenebrosos;

Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness;

who forsake the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness,

und verläßt den HERRN ihrer Jugend und vergisset den Bund ihres Gottes;

Que se alegran haciendo mal, que se huelgan en las perversidades del vicio;

Who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked;

who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the perverseness of evil,

denn ihr Haus neiget sich zum Tode und ihre Gänge zu den Verlornen;

Cuyas veredas son torcidas, y torcidos sus caminos.

Whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths:

who are crooked in their ways, and wayward in their paths,

alle, die zu ihr eingehen, kommen nicht wieder und ergreifen den Weg des Lebens nicht:

Para librarte de la mujer extraña, de la ajena que halaga con sus palabras;

To deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words;

to deliver you from the strange woman, even from the foreigner who flatters with her words,

auf daß du wandelst auf gutem Wege und bleibest auf der rechten Bahn.

Que desampara el príncipe de su mocedad, y se olvida del pacto de su Dios.

Which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her God.

who forsakes the friend of her youth, and forgets the covenant of her God;

Denn die Gerechten werden im Lande wohnen, und die Frommen werden drinnen bleiben;

Por lo cual su casa está inclinada á la muerte, y sus veredas hacia los muertos:

For her house inclineth unto death, and her paths unto the dead.

for her house leads down to death, her paths to the departed spirits.

aber die Gottlosen werden aus dem Lande gerottet, und die Verächter werden draus vertilget.

Todos los que á ella entraren, no volverán, ni tomarán las veredas de la vida.

None that go unto her return again, neither take they hold of the paths of life.

None who go to her return again, neither do they attain to the paths of life.

Mein Kind, vergiß meines Gesetzes nicht, und dein Herz behalte meine Gebote.

Para que andes por el camino de los buenos, y guardes las veredas de los justos.

That thou mayest walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.

Therefore walk in the way of good men, and keep the paths of the righteous.

Denn sie werden dir langes Leben und gute Jahre und Frieden bringen;

Porque los rectos habitarán la tierra, y los perfectos permanecerán en ella;

For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.

For the upright will dwell in the land. The perfect will remain in it.

Gnade und Treue werden dich nicht lassen. Hänge sie an deinen Hals und schreibe sie in die Tafel deines Herzens,

Mas los impíos serán cortados de la tierra, y los prevaricadores serán de ella desarraigados.

But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.

But the wicked will be cut off from the land. The treacherous will be rooted out of it.
