Proverbios 30

Perciocchè, come chi rimena il latte ne fa uscir del burro; E chi stringe il naso, ne fa uscir del sangue; Così ancora chi preme l'ira ne fa uscir contesa.

Ciertamente el que exprime la leche, sacará manteca; y el que recio se suena las narices, sacará sangre: y el que provoca la ira, causará contienda.

Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.

For as the churning of milk produces butter, and the wringing of the nose produces blood, so the forcing of wrath produces strife.”
