Proverbios 3

Mein Kind, vergift meines Gesetzes nicht, und dein Herz behalte meine Gebote.

HIJO mío, no te olvides de mi ley; y tu corazón guarde mis mandamientos:

My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:

My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments,

Denn sie werden dir langes Leben und gute Jahre und Frieden bringen;

Porque largura de días, y años de vida y paz te aumentarán.

For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.

for they will add to you length of days, years of life, and peace.

Gnade und Treue werden dich nicht lassen. Hange sie an deinen Hals und schreibe sie in die Tafel deines Herzens,

Misericordia y verdad no te desamparen; átalas á tu cuello, escríbelas en la tabla de tu corazón:

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:

Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart.

so wirst du Gunst und Klugheit finden, die Gott und Menschen gefallt.

Y hallarás gracia y buena opinión en los ojos de Dios y de los hombres.

So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Verlaft dich auf den HERRN von ganzem Herzen und verlaft dich nicht auf deinen Verstand;

Fíate de Jehová de todo tu corazón, y no estribes en tu prudencia.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding.

sondern gedenke an ihn in alien deinen Wegen, so wird er dich recht fuhren.

Reconócelo en todos tus caminos, y él enderezará tus veredas.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Dunke dich nicht weise zu sein, sondern furchte den HERRN und weiche vom Bosen.

No seas sabio en tu opinión: teme á Jehová, y apártate del mal;

Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Das wird deinem Nabel gesund sein und deine Gebeine erquicken.

Porque será medicina á tu ombligo, y tuétano á tus huesos.

It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones.

Ehre den HERRN von deinem Gut und von den Erstlingen all deines Einkommens,

Honra á Jehová de tu sustancia, y de las primicias de todos tus frutos;

Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:

Honor the LORD with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase;

so werden deine Scheunen voll werden und deine Kelter mit Most ubergehen.

Y serán llenas tus trojes con abundancia, y tus lagares rebosarán de mosto.

So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.

Mein Kind, verwirf die Zucht des HERRN nicht und sei nicht ungeduldig uber seiner Strafe!

No deseches, hijo mío, el castigo de Jehová; ni te fatigues de su corrección:

My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:

My son, don’t despise the LORD’s discipline, neither be weary of his correction;

Denn welchen der HERR liebet, den straft er, und hat Wohlgefallen an ihm wie ein Vater am Sohn.

Porque al que ama castiga, como el padre al hijo á quien quiere.

For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

for whom the LORD loves, he corrects, even as a father reproves the son in whom he delights.

Wohl dem Menschen, der Weisheit findet, und dem Menschen, der Verstand bekommt!

Bienaventurado el hombre que halla la sabiduría, y que obtiene la inteligencia:

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Happy is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gets understanding.

Denn es ist besser, um sie hantieren, weder um Silber, und ihr Einkommen ist besser denn Gold.

Porque su mercadería es mejor que la mercadería de la plata, y sus frutos más que el oro fino.

For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.

For her good profit is better than getting silver, and her return is better than fine gold.

Sie ist edler denn Perlen; und alles, was du wünschen magst, ist ihr nicht zu gleichen.

Más preciosa es que las piedras preciosas; y todo lo que puedes desear, no se puede comparar á ella.

She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.

Langes Leben istzu ihrer rechten Hand; zu ihrer Linken ist Reichtum und Ehre.

Largura de días está en su mano derecha; en su izquierda riquezas y honra.

Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.

Ihre Wege sind liebliche Wege, und alle ihre Steige sind Friede.

Sus caminos son caminos deleitosos, y todas sus veredas paz.

Sie ist ein Baum des Lebens alien, die sie ergreifen; und selig sind, die sie halten.

Ella es árbol de vida á los que de ella asen: y bienaventurados son los que la mantienen.

She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her. Happy is everyone who retains her.

Denn der HERR hat die Erde durch Weisheit gegrundet und durch seinen Rat die Himmel bereitet.

Jehová con sabiduría fundó la tierra; afirmó los cielos con inteligencia.

The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.

Durch seine Weisheit sind die Tiefen zerteilet und die Wolken mit Tau triefend gemacht.

Con su ciencia se partieron los abismos, y destilan el rocío los cielos.

By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

Mein Kind, laft sie nicht von deinen Augen weichen, so wirst du gluckselig und klug werden.

Hijo mío, no se aparten estas cosas de tus ojos; guarda la ley y el consejo;

My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:

My son, let them not depart from your eyes. Keep sound wisdom and discretion,

Das wird deiner Seele Leben sein, und dein Mund wird holdselig sein.

Y serán vida á tu alma, y gracia á tu cuello.

So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.

so they will be life to your soul, and grace for your neck.

Dann wirst du sicher wandeln auf deinem Wege, daß dein Fuft sich nicht stoften wird.

Entonces andarás por tu camino confiadamente, y tu pie no tropezará.

Then shalt thou walk in thy way safely, and thy foot shall not stumble.

Then you shall walk in your way securely. Your foot won’t stumble.

Legest du dich, so wirst du dich nicht furchten, sondern süft schlafen,

Cuando te acostares, no tendrás temor; antes te acostarás, y tu sueño será suave.

When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.

When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet.

daß du dich nicht furchten darfst vor plotzlichem Schrecken noch vor dem Sturm der Gottlosen, wenn er kommt.

No tendrás temor de pavor repentino, ni de la ruina de los impíos cuando viniere:

Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh.

Don’t be afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it comes;

Denn der HERR ist dein Trotz; der behutet deinen Fuß, daß er nicht gefangen werde.

Porque Jehová será tu confianza, y él preservará tu pie de ser preso.

For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.

for the LORD will be your confidence, and will keep your foot from being taken.

Weigere dich nicht, dem Durftigen Gutes zu tun, so deine Hand von Gott hat, solches zu tun.

No detengas el bien de sus dueños, cuando tuvieres poder para hacerlo.

Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it.

Sprich nicht zu deinem Freunde: Gehe hin und komm wieder, morgen will ich dir geben, so du es doch wohl hast.

No digas á tu prójimo: Ve, y vuelve, y mañana te daré; cuando tienes contigo qué darle.

Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.

Don’t say to your neighbor, “Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it to you,” when you have it by you.

Trachte nicht Boses wider deinen Freund, der auf Treue bei dirwohnet.

No intentes mal contra tu prójimo, estando él confiado de ti.

Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.

Don’t devise evil against your neighbor, since he dwells securely by you.

Hadre nicht mit jemand ohne Ursache, so er dir kein Leid getan hat.

No pleitees con alguno sin razón, si él no te ha hecho agravio.

Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.

Don’t strive with a man without cause, if he has done you no harm.

Eifre nicht einem Freveln nach und erwahle seiner Wege keinen.

No envidies al hombre injusto, ni escojas alguno de sus caminos.

Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.

Don’t envy the man of violence. Choose none of his ways.

Denn der HERR hat Greuel an dem Abtrunnigen und sein Geheimnis ist bei den Frommen.

Porque el perverso es abominado de Jehová: mas su secreto es con los rectos.

For the froward is abomination to the LORD: but his secret is with the righteous.

For the perverse is an abomination to the LORD, but his friendship is with the upright.

Im Hause des Gottlosen ist der Fluch des HERRN; aber das Haus der Gerechten wird gesegnet.

La maldición de Jehová está en la casa del impío; mas él bendecirá la morada de los justos.

The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

The LORD’s curse is in the house of the wicked, but he blesses the habitation of the righteous.

Er wird der Spotter spotten; aber den Elenden wird er Gnade geben.

Ciertamente él escarnecerá á los escarnecedores, y á los humildes dará gracia.

Surely he scorneth the scorners: but he giveth grace unto the lowly.

Surely he mocks the mockers, but he gives grace to the humble.

Die Weisen werden Ehre erben; aber wenn die Narren hoch kommen, werden sie doch zuschanden.

Los sabios heredarán honra: mas los necios sostendrán ignominia.

The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.

The wise will inherit glory, but shame will be the promotion of fools.
