Tudo isso para que na sua velhice o seu corpo e sua saúde não estejam desgastados,

Y gimas en tus postrimerías, cuando se consumiere tu carne y tu cuerpo,

And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,

You will groan at your latter end, when your flesh and your body are consumed,
