¿NO clama la sabiduría, y da su voz la inteligencia?
Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?

Öffentlich am Wege und an der Straße steht sie.
En los altos cabezos, junto al camino, á las encrucijadas de las veredas se para;
She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.
On the top of high places by the way, where the paths meet, she stands.
An den Toren bei der Stadt, da man zur Tür eingeht, schreit sie:

She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.

O ihr Männer, ich schreie zu euch und rufe den Leuten.
Oh hombres, á vosotros clamo; y mi voz es á los hijos de los hombres.
Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.
“I call to you men! I send my voice to the sons of mankind.
Merkt, ihr Unverständigen, auf Klugheit und, ihr Toren, nehmt es zu Herzen!
Entended, simples, discreción; y vosotros, locos, entrad en cordura.
O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.

Höret, denn ich will reden, was fürstlich ist, und lehren, was recht ist.
