¿NO clama la sabiduría, y da su voz la inteligencia?
Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?

Oben auf den Höhen am Wege, da wo die Pfade zusammenlaufen, hat sie sich aufgestellt;
En los altos cabezos, junto al camino, á las encrucijadas de las veredas se para;
She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths.
On the top of high places by the way, where the paths meet, she stands.
neben den Toren, am Ausgang der Stadt, am Eingang der Pforten ruft sie laut:
En el lugar de las puertas, á la entrada de la ciudad, á la entrada de las puertas da voces:
She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.
Beside the gates, at the entry of the city, at the entry doors, she cries aloud:
»An euch, ihr Männer, richte ich meinen Ruf, und meine Stimme ergeht an die Menschenkinder.
Oh hombres, á vosotros clamo; y mi voz es á los hijos de los hombres.
Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.
“I call to you men! I send my voice to the sons of mankind.
Gewinnt, ihr Einfältigen, Einsicht in Klugheit, und ihr Toren, gewinnt Einsicht in Verständigkeit!
Entended, simples, discreción; y vosotros, locos, entrad en cordura.
O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.
You simple, understand prudence! You fools, be of an understanding heart!
Hört zu! Denn ich habe Wertvolles zu sagen, und meine Lippen will ich auftun zu (auf-) richtiger Rede;
Oid, porque hablaré cosas excelentes; y abriré mis labios para cosas rectas.
