Proverbios 9

Si fueres sabio, para ti lo serás; Y si fueres escarnecedor †burlador con agravio y tenacidad, pagarás tú solo.

Si fueres sabio, para ti lo serás: mas si fueres escarnecedor, pagarás tú solo.

If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

If you are wise, you are wise for yourself. If you mock, you alone will bear it.
