Le détracteur qui déchire en secret son prochain, je l'exterminerai ; L'homme au regard hautain et au cœur gonflé d'orgueil, je ne le supporterai pas.

Al que solapadamente infama á su prójimo, yo le cortaré; no sufriré al de ojos altaneros, y de corazón vanidoso.

Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

I will silence whoever secretly slanders his neighbor. I won’t tolerate one who is arrogant and conceited.
