Oración del pobre, cuando estuviere angustiado, y delante de Jehová derramare su lamento. JEHOVÁ, oye mi oración, y venga mi clamor á ti.
Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.

Não esconda de mim o seu rosto nessa hora de tanta angústia! Escute os meus pedidos e atenda depressa quando oro.
No escondas de mí tu rostro: en el día de mi angustia inclina á mí tu oído; el día que te invocare, apresúrate á responderme.
Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
Don’t hide your face from me in the day of my distress. Turn your ear to me. Answer me quickly in the day when I call.
Pois a minha vida some como a fumaça no ar. Meus ossos estão queimando como se estivessem em fogo;
Porque mis días se han consumido como humo; y mis huesos cual tizón están quemados.
For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
For my days consume away like smoke. My bones are burned as a torch.
meu coração está fraco, sem vigor, como uma planta seca. Perdi a vontade de comer!
Mi corazón fué herido, y secóse como la hierba; por lo cual me olvidé de comer mi pan.
My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
My heart is blighted like grass, and withered, for I forget to eat my bread.
Emagreci a ponto de os ossos aparecerem, de tanto chorar e gemer!
Por la voz de mi gemido mis huesos se han pegado á mi carne.
By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.
By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bones stick to my skin.
Vivo sozinho, como a garça nos brejos e a coruja nas casas destruídas.
Soy semejante al pelícano del desierto; soy como el buho de las soledades.
I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
I am like a pelican of the wilderness. I have become as an owl of the waste places.
Não consigo dormir; sou como um passarinho solitário em cima dos telhados.
Velo, y soy como el pájaro solitario sobre el tejado.
I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
I watch, and have become like a sparrow that is alone on the housetop.
Os meus inimigos zombam de mim a toda hora; furiosos, eles me insultam e usam meu nome para me amaldiçoar.
Cada día me afrentan mis enemigos; los que se enfurecen contra mí, hanse contra mí conjurado.
Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
My enemies reproach me all day. Those who are mad at me use my name as a curse.
Minha comida têm sido as cinzas, e as lágrimas se misturam com a minha bebida,
Por lo que como la ceniza á manera de pan, y mi bebida mezclo con lloro,
For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping,
For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mixed my drink with tears,
por causa da sua ira e do seu furor! O Senhor me rejeitou e me expulsou da sua presença!
A causa de tu enojo y de tu ira; pues me alzaste, y me has arrojado.
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
because of your indignation and your wrath; for you have taken me up and thrown me away.
Minha vida é como uma sombra que some depressa; estou murchando como uma plantinha qualquer.
Mis días son como la sombra que se va; y heme secado como la hierba.
My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
My days are like a long shadow. I have withered like grass.
Mas o Senhor reinará no trono para sempre. O seu nome será conhecido de geração em geração.
Mas tú, Jehová, permanecerás para siempre, y tu memoria para generación y generación.
But thou, O LORD, shalt endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.
But you, LORD, will remain forever; your renown endures to all generations.
O Senhor ainda se levantará e mostrará a sua misericórdia por Sião. Já está na hora de mostrar compaixão pela nossa cidade,
Tú levantándote, tendrás misericordia de Sión; porque el tiempo de tener misericordia de ella, porque el plazo es llegado.
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
You will arise and have mercy on Zion, for it is time to have pity on her. Yes, the set time has come.
pois nós, os seus servos, amamos até as pedras dos muros derrubados, e as suas ruínas nos enchem de compaixão.
Porque tus siervos aman sus piedras, y del polvo de ella tienen compasión.
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
For your servants take pleasure in her stones, and have pity on her dust.
Então, todas as nações do mundo honrarão o nome do Senhor, e todos os reis da terra tremerão diante da sua glória.
Entonces temerán las gentes el nombre de Jehová, y todos los reyes de la tierra tu gloria;
So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
So the nations will fear the LORD’s name, all the kings of the earth your glory.
Quando o Senhor tornar a reconstruir Sião ele mostrará toda a sua glória.
Por cuanto Jehová habrá edificado á Sión, y en su gloria será visto;
When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
For the LORD has built up Zion. He has appeared in his glory.
Ele responderá à oração dos fracos e aflitos; as suas súplicas serão ouvidas.
Habrá mirado á la oración de los solitarios, y no habrá desechado el ruego de ellos.
He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
He has responded to the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer.
Escrevam-se estas coisas para as gerações futuras, e um povo que ainda será criado louvará ao Senhor, proclamando:
Escribirse ha esto para la generación venidera: y el pueblo que se criará, alabará á JAH.
This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD.
This will be written for the generation to come. A people which will be created will praise the LORD,
“Do seu lugar santo nas alturas o Senhor olhou; do céu ele olhou para a terra,
Porque miró de lo alto de su santuario; Jehová miró de los cielos á la tierra,
For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the LORD behold the earth;
for he has looked down from the height of his sanctuary. From heaven, the LORD saw the earth,
para ouvir os gemidos de dor dos escravos e libertar os condenados à morte”.
Para oir el gemido de los presos, para soltar á los sentenciados á muerte;
To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;
to hear the groans of the prisoner, to free those who are condemned to death,
Por isso, o nome do Senhor será anunciado em Sião e o seu louvor, em Jerusalém.
Porque cuenten en Sión el nombre de Jehová, y su alabanza en Jerusalem,
To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
that men may declare the LORD’s name in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem,
Ele fez isso para as nações e os reinos se reunirem ali para adorar e servir o Senhor.
Cuando los pueblos se congregaren en uno, y los reinos, para servir á Jehová.
When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
when the peoples are gathered together, the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
Ele me tirou as forças e cortou a minha vida ao meio.
El afligió mi fuerza en el camino; acortó mis días.
He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.
He weakened my strength along the course. He shortened my days.
Então eu pedi: Ó meu Deus, não tire a minha vida enquanto ainda sou jovem! O Senhor é eterno.
Dije: Dios mío, no me cortes en el medio de mis días: por generación de generaciones son tus años.
I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.
I said, “My God, don’t take me away in the middle of my days. Your years are throughout all generations.
No passado muito distante o Senhor criou a terra e formou os céus com as suas mãos.
Tú fundaste la tierra antiguamente, y los cielos son obra de tus manos.
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands.
Os céus e a terra serão destruídos, mas o Senhor viverá para sempre. Eles ficarão velhos como uma roupa muito usada, mas o Senhor os trocará como se troca a roupa usada, e serão jogados fora.
Ellos perecerán, y tú permanecerás; y todos ellos como un vestido se envejecerán; como una ropa de vestir los mudarás, y serán mudados:
They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
They will perish, but you will endure. Yes, all of them will wear out like a garment. You will change them like a cloak, and they will be changed.
Mas o Senhor permanece o mesmo, e a sua vida não terá fim!
Mas tú eres el mismo, y tus años no se acabarán.
But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
But you are the same. Your years will have no end.
Por isso, as famílias dos seus servos viverão em segurança e as gerações futuras viverão em perfeita paz na sua presença.
Los hijos de tus siervos habitarán, y su simiente será afirmada delante de ti.
The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.
The children of your servants will continue. Their offspring will be established before you.”
