1Ein Psalm Davids. Lobe den HERRN, meine Seele, und was in mir ist, seinen heiligen Namen!
2Lobe den HERRN, meine Seele, und vergiß nicht, was er dir Gutes getan hat:
3der dir alle deine Sünden vergibt und heilet alle deine Gebrechen,
4der dein Leben vom Verderben erlöst, der dich krönt mit Gnade und Barmherzigkeit,
5der deinen Mund fröhlich macht, und du wieder jung wirst wie ein Adler.
6Der HERR schafft Gerechtigkeit und Gericht allen, die Unrecht leiden.
7Er hat seine Wege Mose wissen lassen, die Kinder Israel sein Tun.
8Barmherzig und gnädig ist der HERR, geduldig und von großer Güte.
9Er wird nicht immer hadern noch ewiglich Zorn halten.
10Er handelt nicht mit uns nach unsern Sünden und vergilt uns nicht nach unsrer Missetat.
11Denn so hoch der Himmel über der Erde ist, läßt er seine Gnade walten über die, so ihn fürchten.
12So ferne der Morgen ist vom Abend, läßt er unsre Übertretungen von uns sein.
13Wie sich ein Vater über Kinder erbarmt, so erbarmt sich der HERR über die, so ihn fürchten.
14Denn er kennt, was für ein Gemächte wir sind; er gedenkt daran, daß wir Staub sind.
15Ein Mensch ist in seinem Leben wie Gras, er blüht wie eine Blume auf dem Feld;
16wenn der Wind darüber geht, so ist sie nimmer da, und ihre Stätte kennt sie nicht mehr.
17Die Gnade aber des HERRN währet von Ewigkeit zu Ewigkeit über die, so ihn fürchten, und seine Gerechtigkeit auf Kindeskind
18bei denen, die seinen Bund halten und gedenken an seine Gebote, daß sie darnach tun.
19Der HERR hat seinen Stuhl im Himmel bereitet, und sein Reich herrscht über alles.
20Lobet den HERRN, ihr seine Engel, ihr starken Helden, die ihr seine Befehle ausrichtet, daß man höre auf die Stimme seines Wortes!
21Lobet den HERRN, alle seine Heerscharen, seine Diener, die ihr seinen Willen tut!
22Lobet den HERRN, alle seine Werke, an allen Orten seiner Herrschaft! Lobe den HERRN, meine Seele!

1Salmo de David. BENDICE, alma mía, á Jehová; y bendigan todas mis entrañas su santo nombre.
2Bendice, alma mía á Jehová, y no olvides ninguno de sus beneficios.
3El es quien perdona todas tus iniquidades, el que sana todas tus dolencias;
4El que rescata del hoyo tu vida, el que te corona de favores y misericordias;
5El que sacia de bien tu boca de modo que te rejuvenezcas como el águila.
6Jehová el que hace justicia y derecho á todos los que padecen violencia.
7Sus caminos notificó á Moisés, y á los hijos de Israel sus obras.
8Misericordioso y clemente es Jehová; lento para la ira, y grande en misericordia.
9No contenderá para siempre, ni para siempre guardará el enojo.
10No ha hecho con nosotros conforme á nuestras iniquidades; ni nos ha pagado conforme á nuestros pecados.
11Porque como la altura de los cielos sobre la tierra, engrandeció su misericordia sobre los que le temen.
12Cuanto está lejos el oriente del occidente, hizo alejar de nosotros nuestras rebeliones.
13Como el padre se compadece de los hijos, se compadece Jehová de los que le temen.
14Porque él conoce nuestra condición; acuérdase que somos polvo.
15El hombre, como la hierba son sus días: florece como la flor del campo.
16Que pasó el viento por ella, y pereció: y su lugar no la conoce más.
17Mas la misericordia de Jehová desde el siglo y hasta el siglo sobre los que le temen, y su justicia sobre los hijos de los hijos;
18Sobre los que guardan su pacto, y los que se acuerdan de sus mandamientos para ponerlos por obra.
19Jehová afirmó en los cielos su trono; y su reino domina sobre todos.
20Bendecid á Jehová, vosotros sus ángeles, poderosos en fortaleza, que ejecutáis su palabra, obedeciendo á la voz de su precepto.
21Bendecid á Jehová, vosotros todos sus ejércitos, ministros suyos, que hacéis su voluntad.
22Bendecid á Jehová, vosotras todas sus obras, en todos los lugares de su señorío. Bendice, alma mía, á Jehová.

1Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
7He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
14For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
17But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
18To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
19The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

1Praise the LORD, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name!
2Praise the LORD, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits,
3who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,
4who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies,
5who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6The LORD executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed.
7He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.
8The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness.
9He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever.
10He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities.

13Like a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him.
14For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.

17But the LORD’s loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children’s children,
18to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts.
19The LORD has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.
20Praise the LORD, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.
21Praise the LORD, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure.
22Praise the LORD, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul!
