Él coloca sobre las aguas las vigas de sus altas moradas. Él convierte las nubes en su carroza. Él anda sobre las alas del viento.
Que establece sus aposentos entre las aguas; el que pone las nubes por su carroza, el que anda sobre las alas del viento;
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.
Él designa los vientos como sus mensajeros, Y las llamas de fuego, como sus ministros.
El que hace á sus ángeles espíritus, sus ministros al fuego flameante.
Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

Él estableció la tierra sobre sus cimientos Para que no sea sacudida.
El fundó la tierra sobre sus basas; no será jamás removida.

Le colocaste como una ropa el abismo. Las aguas estaban sobre las montañas.
Con el abismo, como con vestido, la cubriste; sobre los montes estaban las aguas.
Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

A tu reprensión huyeron, Se precipitaron al estruendo de tu trueno.

At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

Subieron las montañas, Bajaron los valles al lugar que estableciste para ellos.
Subieron los montes, descendieron los valles, al lugar que tú les fundaste.
They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

Les fijaste un límite que no traspasarán, De manera que no volverán a cubrir la tierra.
Pusísteles término, el cual no traspasarán; ni volverán á cubrir la tierra.

Él envía manantiales por los valles. Ellos fluyen entre las montañas.

Dan de beber a todas las bestias del campo. Mitigan su sed los asnos monteses.
Abrevan á todas las bestias del campo: quebrantan su sed los asnos montaraces.
They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.

Junto a ellos habitan las aves del cielo. Elevan voces entre las ramas.

Él riega las montañas desde sus altas cámaras. Con el fruto de las obras de Él está saciada la tierra.

He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

Él desarrolla el pasto para el ganado, Y la vegetación para el servicio del hombre De tal modo que saque alimento de la tierra,
El que hace producir el heno para las bestias, y la hierba para el servicio del hombre; sacando el pan de la tierra.

Y vino que alegra el corazón del hombre, El aceite para que brille su semblante Y el pan que sustenta la vida del hombre.

Los árboles de Yavé beben su savia, Los cedros del Líbano que Él plantó,

Los leoncillos rugen tras la presa Y buscan de ʼEL su comida.

Al salir el sol se retiran Y se echan en sus guaridas.

Sale el hombre a su trabajo, A su labor hasta el anochecer.

¡Cuán innumerables son tus obras, oh Yavé! Hiciste todas ellas con sabiduría. La tierra está llena de tus posesiones.
¡Cuán muchas son tus obras, oh Jehová! Hiciste todas ellas con sabiduría: la tierra está llena de tus beneficios.
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
LORD, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches.
Ahí está el grande y ancho mar, Donde hay enjambre de incontables animales, Tanto pequeños como grandes.
Asimismo esta gran mar y ancha de términos: en ella pescados sin número, animales pequeños y grandes.
So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.

Allí navegan los barcos, Y el cocodrilo que formaste para que juguetee en él.

Ocultas tu rostro Y ellos se desmayan. Les retiras su aliento, Y ellos expiran y vuelven a su polvo.
Escondes tu rostro, túrbanse: les quitas el espíritu, dejan de ser, y tórnanse en su polvo.
Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
You hide your face; they are troubled. You take away their breath; they die and return to the dust.
Envías tu aliento, Son creados, Y renuevas la superficie de la tierra.
Envías tu espíritu, críanse: y renuevas la haz de la tierra.
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

¡Sea la gloria de Yavé para siempre! ¡Que se alegre Yavé en sus obras!

The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.

Él mira a la tierra, Y ella tiembla, Él toca las montañas, Y ellas humean.
El cual mira á la tierra, y ella tiembla; toca los montes, y humean.
He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.

A Yavé cantaré en mi vida, Mientras tenga vida cantaré salmos a mi ʼElohim.
A Jehová cantaré en mi vida: á mi Dios salmearé mientras viviere.

Sea agradable a Él mi meditación. Yo me regocijaré en Yavé.
Serme ha suave hablar de él: yo me alegraré en Jehová.
My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

Sean exterminados de la tierra los pecadores Y los perversos dejen de ser. ¡Bendice, alma mía, a Yavé! ¡Alaben a YA!
Sean consumidos de la tierra los pecadores, y los impíos dejen de ser. Bendice, alma mía, á Jehová. Aleluya.
