ALABAD á Jehová, invocad su nombre: haced notorias sus obras en los pueblos.

Siéntanse orgullosos de su santo nombre. Que se alegre el corazón de los que buscan a Yahvé.

Recuerden las maravillas que ha hecho: sus milagros, y las sentencias de su boca,

ustedes, descendientes de Abraham, su siervo, ustedes, hijos de Jacob, sus elegidos.

Él es Yahvé, nuestro Dios. Sus juicios gobiernan en toda la tierra.

Se acuerda de su pacto para siempre, de la promesa que hizo para mil generaciones,

del pacto que hizo con Abraham, de su juramento a Isaac,

el cual confirmó a Jacob como un decreto, a Israel como un pacto eterno,
Y establecióla á Jacob por decreto, á Israel por pacto sempiterno,
And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:

cuando dijo: “A ti te daré la tierra de Canaán, como la porción de tu herencia”.

Cuando ellos no eran más que un grupo pequeño, sí, muy pocos, y forasteros en ella,
Esto siendo ellos pocos hombres en número, y extranjeros en ella.

“¡No toquen a mis elegidos! No les hagan daño a mis profetas”.

Mandó una época de hambre sobre la tierra. Destruyó toda provisión de alimentos.
Y llamó al hambre sobre la tierra, y quebrantó todo mantenimiento de pan.

Le lastimaron los pies con cadenas. Le pusieron un collar de hierro en el cuello,

hasta que se cumplió su predicción, y la palabra de Yahvé demostró que decía la verdad.
Hasta la hora que llegó su palabra, el dicho de Jehová le probó.
Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.

El rey mandó que lo soltaran, el gobernante de los pueblos lo dejó en libertad.
Envió el rey, y soltóle; el señor de los pueblos, y desatóle.

para que obedezcan sus decretos, y cumplan sus leyes. ¡Alabado sea Yah!
Para que guardasen sus estatutos, y observasen sus leyes. Aleluya.
