Gott meines Lobes, schweig nicht stille!

Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;

Denn der Mund des Ungerechten und der Mund des Truges haben wider mich sich geöffnet, sie reden mit mir mit Zungen der Lüge.

Porque boca de impío y boca de engañador se han abierto sobre mí: han hablado de mí con lengua mentirosa,

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.

Und mit des Hasses Worten umgeben sie mich, und streiten ohne Ursache wider mich.

Für meine Liebe sind sie meine Widersacher; ich aber bin im Gebet.

Und sie tun Böses mir, statt Gutes, und Haß für meine Liebe.

Es sollen seiner Tage wenig sein, sein Amt nehme ein anderer.

Es umstricke der Gläubiger alles, was er hat, und Fremde rauben seine Arbeit.

Enrede el acreedor todo lo que tiene, y extraños saqueen su trabajo.

Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour.

Let the creditor seize all that he has. Let strangers plunder the fruit of his labor.

Keiner reiche ihm Barmherzigkeit dar, und keiner sei gnädig seinen Waisen!

No tenga quien le haga misericordia; ni haya quien tenga compasión de sus huérfanos.

Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children.

Seine Nachkommen werden ausgerottet! ihr Name im anderen Geschlecht ausgewischt!

Es müsse seiner Väter Missetat bei Jehovah gedacht und seiner Mutter Sünde nicht ausgewischt werden.

Venga en memoria cerca de Jehová la maldad de sus padres, y el pecado de su madre no sea borrado.

As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.

Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

Denn elend bin ich und dürftig, und durchbohrt ist mein Herz in meinem Inneren.

Meine Knie straucheln vom Fasten, und mein Fleisch fällt ab vom Fett.

My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.

Yo he sido para ellos objeto de oprobio; mirábanme, y meneaban su cabeza.

I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads.

Stehe mir bei, Jehovah, mein Gott, rette mich nach Deiner Barmherzigkeit.

Ayúdame, Jehová Dios mío: sálvame conforme á tu misericordia.

Help me, O LORD my God: O save me according to thy mercy:

Und lasse sie wissen, daß das Deine Hand ist, daß Du, Jehovah, es tust.

Y entiendan que esta es tu mano; que tú, Jehová, has hecho esto.

Fluchen sie, so segne Du, stehen sie auf, so lasse sie beschämt werden! Aber Dein Knecht müsse fröhlich sein!

Maldigan ellos, y bendice tú: levántense, mas sean avergonzados, y regocíjese tu siervo.

Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.

Meine Widersacher müssen mit Schande angezogen werden, und mit ihrer Scham umhüllt werden wie mit einem Oberkleid.

Sean vestidos de ignominia los que me calumnian; y sean cubiertos de su confusión como con manto.

Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.

Ich will Jehovah sehr danken mit meinem Mund, und in Vieler Mitte will ich Ihn loben.

Yo alabaré á Jehová en gran manera con mi boca, y le loaré en medio de muchos.

I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

Denn Er steht dem Dürftigen zur Rechten, ihn zu retten von denen, die seine Seele richten.

Porque él se pondrá á la diestra del pobre, para librar su alma de los que le juzgan.
