Prosperous are his ways at all times; far in the height remain thy punishments away from him: all his assailants––he puffeth at them.

Sus caminos son viciosos en todo tiempo: tus juicios los tiene muy lejos de su vista: echa bocanadas en orden á todos sus enemigos.

His ways are always grievous; thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffeth at them.

His ways are prosperous at all times. He is arrogant, and your laws are far from his sight. As for all his adversaries, he sneers at them.
