¿Por qué permitir que digan las naciones: «¿Dónde está su Dios?».
Por qué dirán las gentes: ¿Dónde está ahora su Dios?
Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
Why should the nations say, “Where is their God, now?”
Porque él está en los cielos, y hace lo que quiere.
Y nuestro Dios está en los cielos: todo lo que quiso ha hecho.
But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.

Pero los ídolos de ellos son imágenes de oro y plata hechas por manos de hombres.

ni palpar con sus manos y tienen pies pero no pueden caminar. Ni pueden permitir un solo sonido con su garganta.

Y quienes los fabrican o adoran son tan necios como sus ídolos.
Como ellos son los que los hacen; cualquiera que en ellos confía.

¡Israel, confía en el Señor! Él es tu ayudador. Él es tu escudo.

El Señor nos recuerda y seguramente nos bendecirá. Bendecirá al pueblo de Israel, a los sacerdotes de la familia de Aarón,
Jehová se acordó de nosotros: nos bendecirá: bendecirá á la casa de Israel; bendecirá á la casa de Aarón.
The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.

y a todos, grandes y pequeños que le temen.
Bendecirá á los que temen á Jehová; á chicos y á grandes.
He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great.
He will bless those who fear the LORD, both small and great.
Que el Señor te bendiga ricamente a ti y a tus hijos.
Acrecentará Jehová bendición sobre vosotros; sobre vosotros y sobre vuestros hijos.
The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

Sí, el Señor, que hizo el cielo y la tierra te bendecirá.
Benditos vosotros de Jehová, que hizo los cielos y la tierra.

Los cielos pertenecen al Señor, pero él ha dado la tierra a toda la humanidad.
Los cielos son los cielos de Jehová: y ha dado la tierra á los hijos de los hombres.
The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’s: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.

Los muertos no pueden entonar alabanzas al Señor, porque han bajado al silencio de la tumba,
No alabarán los muertos á JAH, ni cuantos descienden al silencio;
The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.

pero nosotros sí, nosotros lo alabamos para siempre. ¡Aleluya! ¡Alabado sea el Señor!
Mas nosotros bendeciremos á JAH, desde ahora para siempre. Aleluya.
