1Beati quelli che sono integri nelle loro vie, che camminano secondo la legge dell’Eterno.
2Beati quelli che osservano le sue testimonianze, che lo cercano con tutto il cuore,
3ed anche non operano iniquità, ma camminano nelle sue vie.
4Tu hai ordinato i tuoi precetti perché siano osservati con cura.
5Oh siano le mie vie dirette all’osservanza dei tuoi statuti!
6Allora non sarò svergognato quando considererò tutti i tuoi comandamenti.
7Io ti celebrerò con dirittura di cuore, quando avrò imparato i tuoi giusti decreti.
8Io osserverò i tuoi statuti, non abbandonarmi del tutto.
9Come renderà il giovane la sua via pura? Col badare ad essa secondo la tua parola.
10Io ti ho cercato con tutto il mio cuore; non lasciarmi deviare dai tuoi comandamenti.
11Io ho riposto la tua parola nel mio cuore per non peccare contro di te.
12Tu sei benedetto, o Eterno; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
13Ho raccontato con le mie labbra tutti i giudizi della tua bocca.
14Io gioisco nella via delle tue testimonianze, come se possedessi tutte le ricchezze.
15Io mediterò sui tuoi precetti e considerò i tuoi sentieri.
16Io mi diletterò nei tuoi statuti, non dimenticherò la tua parola.
17Fa’ del bene al tuo servitore perché io viva ed osservi la tua parola.
18Apri gli occhi miei ond’io contempli le maraviglie della tua legge.
19Io sono un forestiero sulla terra; non mi nascondere i tuoi comandamenti.
20L’anima mia si strugge dalla brama che ha dei tuoi giudizi in ogni tempo.
21Tu sgridi i superbi, i maledetti, che deviano dai tuoi comandamenti.
22Togli di sopra a me il vituperio e lo sprezzo, perché io ho osservato le tue testimonianze.
23Anche quando i principi siedono e parlano contro di me, il tuo servitore medita i tuoi statuti.
24Sì, le tue testimonianze sono il mio diletto e i miei consiglieri.
25L’anima mia è attaccata alla polvere; vivificami secondo la tua parola.
26Io ti ho narrato le mie vie, e tu m’hai risposto; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
27Fammi intendere la via dei tuoi precetti, ed io mediterò le tue maraviglie.
28L’anima mia, dal dolore, si strugge in lacrime; rialzami secondo la tua parola.
29Tieni lontana da me la via della menzogna, e, nella tua grazia, fammi intender la tua legge.
30Io ho scelto la via della fedeltà, mi son posto i tuoi giudizi dinanzi agli occhi.
31Io mi tengo attaccato alle tue testimonianze; o Eterno, non lasciare che io sia confuso.
32Io correrò per la via dei tuoi comandamenti, quando m’avrai allargato il cuore.
33Insegnami, o Eterno, la via dei tuoi statuti ed io la seguirò fino alla fine.
34Dammi intelletto e osserverò la tua legge; la praticherò con tutto il cuore.
35Conducimi per il sentiero dei tuoi comandamenti, poiché io mi diletto in esso.
36Inclina il mio cuore alle tue testimonianze e non alla cupidigia.
37Distogli gli occhi miei dal contemplare la vanità, e vivificami nelle tue vie.
38Mantieni al tuo servitore la tua parola, che inculca il tuo timore.
39Rimuovi da me il vituperio ch’io temo, perché i tuoi giudizi son buoni.
40Ecco, io bramo i tuoi precetti, vivificami nella tua giustizia.
41Vengano su me le tue benignità, o Eterno, e la tua salvezza, secondo la tua parola.
42E avrò di che rispondere a chi mi fa vituperio, perché confido nella tua parola.
43Non mi toglier del tutto dalla bocca la parola della verità, perché spero nei tuoi giudizi.
44Ed io osserverò la tua legge del continuo, in sempiterno.
45E camminerò con libertà, perché ho cercato i tuoi precetti.
46Parlerò delle tue testimonianze davanti ai re e non sarò svergognato.
47E mi diletterò nei tuoi comandamenti, i quali io amo.
48Alzerò le mie mani verso i tuoi comandamenti che amo, e mediterò i tuoi statuti.
49Ricordati della parola detta al tuo servitore; su di essa m’hai fatto sperare.
50Questo è il mio conforto nella mia afflizione; che la tua parola mi vivifica.
51I superbi mi cuopron di scherno, ma io non devìo dalla tua legge.
52Io mi ricordo de’ tuoi giudizi antichi, o Eterno, e mi consolo.
53Un’ira ardente mi prende a motivo degli empi, che abbandonano la tua legge.
54I tuoi statuti sono i miei cantici, nella casa del mio pellegrinaggio.
55Io mi ricordo la notte del tuo nome, o Eterno, e osservo la tua legge.
56Questo bene mi è toccato, di osservare i tuoi precetti.
57L’Eterno è la mia parte; ho promesso d’osservare le tue parole.
58Io ho cercato il tuo favore con tutto il cuore: abbi pietà di me, secondo la tua parola.
59Io ho riflettuto alle mie vie e ho rivolto i miei passi verso le tue testimonianze.
60Mi sono affrettato, e non ho indugiato ad osservare i tuoi comandamenti.
61I lacci degli empi m’hanno avviluppato, ma io non ho dimenticato la tua legge.
62A mezzanotte io mi levo per celebrarti a motivo dei tuoi giusti giudizi.
63Io sono il compagno di tutti quelli che ti temono e di quelli che osservano i tuoi precetti.
64O Eterno, la terra è piena della tua benignità; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
65Tu hai fatto del bene al tuo servitore, o Eterno, secondo la tua parola.
66Dammi buon senno e intelligenza, perché ho creduto nei tuoi comandamenti.
67Prima che io fossi afflitto, andavo errando; ma ora osservo la tua parola.
68Tu sei buono e fai del bene; insegnami i tuoi statuti.
69I superbi hanno ordito menzogne contro a me, ma io osservo i tuoi precetti con tutto il cuore.
70Il loro cuore è denso come grasso, ma io mi diletto nella tua legge.
71E’ stato un bene per me l’essere afflitto, ond’io imparassi i tuoi statuti.
72La legge della tua bocca mi val meglio di migliaia di monete d’oro e d’argento.
73Le tue mani m’hanno fatto e formato; dammi intelletto e imparerò i tuoi comandamenti.
74Quelli che ti temono mi vedranno e si rallegreranno, perché ho sperato nella tua parola.
75Io so, o Eterno, che i tuoi giudizi son giusti, e che nella tua fedeltà m’hai afflitto.
76Deh, sia la tua benignità il mio conforto, secondo la tua parola detta al tuo servitore.
77Vengan su me le tue compassioni, ond’io viva; perché la tua legge è il mio diletto.
78Sian contusi i superbi, perché, mentendo, pervertono la mia causa; ma io medito i tuoi precetti.
79Rivolgansi a me quelli che ti temono e quelli che conoscono le tue testimonianze.
80Sia il mio cuore integro nei tuoi statuti ond’io non sia confuso.
81L’anima mia vien meno bramando la tua salvezza; io spero nella tua parola.
82Gli occhi miei vengon meno bramando la tua parola, mentre dico: Quando mi consolerai?
83Poiché io son divenuto come un otre al fumo; ma non dimentico i tuoi statuti.
84Quanti sono i giorni del tuo servitore? Quando farai giustizia di quelli che mi perseguitano?
85I superbi mi hanno scavato delle fosse; essi, che non agiscono secondo la tua legge.
86Tutti i tuoi comandamenti sono fedeltà; costoro mi perseguitano a torto; soccorrimi!
87Mi hanno fatto quasi sparire dalla terra; ma io non ho abbandonato i tuoi precetti.
88Vivificami secondo la tua benignità, ed io osserverò la testimonianza della tua bocca.
89In perpetuo, o Eterno, la tua parola è stabile nei cieli.
90La tua fedeltà dura d’età in età; tu hai fondato la terra ed essa sussiste.
91Tutto sussiste anche oggi secondo i tuoi ordini, perché ogni cosa è al tuo servigio.
92Se la tua legge non fosse stata il mio diletto, sarei già perito nella mia afflizione.
93Io non dimenticherò mai i tuoi precetti, perché per essi tu mi hai vivificato.
94Io son tuo, salvami, perché ho cercato i tuoi precetti.
95Gli empi m’hanno aspettato per farmi perire, ma io considero le tue testimonianze.
96Io ho veduto che ogni cosa perfetta ha un limite, ma il tuo comandamento ha una estensione infinita.
97Oh, quanto amo la tua legge! è la mia meditazione di tutto il giorno.
98I tuoi comandamenti mi rendon più savio dei miei nemici; perché sono sempre meco.
99Io ho più intelletto di tutti i miei maestri, perché le tue testimonianze son la mia meditazione.
100Io ho più intelligenza de’ vecchi, perché ho osservato i tuoi precetti.
101Io ho trattenuto i miei piedi da ogni sentiero malvagio, per osservare la tua parola.
102Io non mi sono distolto dai tuoi giudizi, perché tu m’hai ammaestrato.
103Oh come son dolci le tue parole al mio palato! Son più dolci del miele alla mia bocca.
104Mediante i tuoi precetti io divento intelligente; perciò odio ogni sentiero di falsità.
105La tua parola è una lampada al mio piè ed una luce sul mio sentiero.
106Io ho giurato, e lo manterrò, d’osservare i tuoi giusti giudizi.
107Io sono sommamente afflitto; o Eterno, vivificami secondo la tua parola.
108Deh, o Eterno, gradisci le offerte volontarie della mia bocca, e insegnami i tuoi giudizi.
109La vita mia è del continuo in pericolo ma io non dimentico la tua legge.
110Gli empi mi hanno teso dei lacci, ma io non mi sono sviato dai tuoi precetti.
111Le tue testimonianze son la mia eredità in perpetuo, perché son la letizia del mio cuore.
112Io ho inclinato il mio cuore a praticare i tuoi statuti, in perpetuo, sino alla fine.
113Io odio gli uomini dal cuor doppio, ma amo la tua legge.
114Tu sei il mio rifugio ed il mio scudo; io spero nella tua parola.
115Dipartitevi da me, o malvagi, ed io osserverò i comandamenti del mio Dio.
116Sostienmi secondo la tua parola, ond’io viva, e non rendermi confuso nella mia speranza.
117Sii il mio sostegno, e sarò salvo, e terrò del continuo i tuoi statuti dinanzi agli occhi.
118Tu disprezzi tutti quelli che deviano dai tuoi statuti, perché la loro frode è falsità.
119Tu togli via come schiuma tutti gli empi dalla terra; perciò amo le tue testimonianze.
120La mia carne rabbrividisce per lo spavento di te, e io temo i tuoi giudizi.
121Io ho fatto ciò che è diritto e giusto; non abbandonarmi ai miei oppressori.
122Da’ sicurtà per il bene del tuo servitore, e non lasciare che i superbi m’opprimano.
123Gli occhi miei vengon meno, bramando la tua salvezza e la parola della tua giustizia.
124Opera verso il tuo servitore secondo la tua benignità, e insegnami i tuoi statuti.
125Io sono tuo servitore; dammi intelletto, perché possa conoscere le tue testimonianze.
126E’ tempo che l’Eterno operi; essi hanno annullato la tua legge.
127Perciò io amo i tuoi comandamenti più dell’oro, più dell’oro finissimo.
128Perciò ritengo diritti tutti i tuoi precetti, e odio ogni sentiero di menzogna.
129Le tue testimonianze sono maravigliose; perciò l’anima mia le osserva.
130La dichiarazione delle tue parole illumina; dà intelletto ai semplici.
131Io ho aperto la bocca e ho sospirato perché ho bramato i tuoi comandamenti.
132Volgiti a me ed abbi pietà di me, com’è giusto che tu faccia a chi ama il tuo nome.
133Rafferma i miei passi nella tua parola, e non lasciare che alcuna iniquità mi domini.
134Liberami dall’oppressione degli uomini, ed io osserverò i tuoi precetti.
135Fa’ risplendere il tuo volto sul tuo servitore, e insegnami i tuoi statuti.
136Rivi di lacrime mi scendon giù dagli occhi, perché la tua legge non è osservata.
137Tu sei giusto, o Eterno, e diritti sono i tuoi giudizi.
138Tu hai prescritto le tue testimonianze con giustizia e con grande fedeltà.
139Il mio zelo mi consuma perché i miei nemici han dimenticato le tue parole.
140La tua parola è pura d’ogni scoria; perciò il tuo servitore l’ama.
141Io son piccolo e sprezzato, ma non dimentico i tuoi precetti.
142La tua giustizia è una giustizia eterna, e la tua legge è verità.
143Distretta e tribolazione m’hanno còlto, ma i tuoi comandamenti sono il mio diletto.
144Le tue testimonianze sono giuste in eterno; dammi intelletto ed io vivrò.
145Io grido con tutto il cuore; rispondimi, o Eterno! Io osserverò i tuoi statuti.
146Io t’invoco; salvami, e osserverò le tue testimonianze.
147Io prevengo l’alba e grido; io spero nella tua parola.
148Gli occhi miei prevengono lo vigilie della notte, per meditare la tua parola.
149Ascolta la mia voce secondo la tua benignità; o Eterno, vivificami secondo la tua giustizia.
150Si accostano a me quelli che van dietro alla scelleratezza; essi son lontani dalla tua legge.
151Tu sei vicino, o Eterno, e tutti i tuoi comandamenti son verità.
152Da lungo tempo so dalle tue testimonianze che tu le hai stabilite in eterno.
153Considera la mia afflizione, e liberami; perché non ho dimenticato la tua legge.
154Difendi tu la mia causa e riscattami; vivificami secondo la tua parola.
155La salvezza è lungi dagli empi, perché non cercano i tuoi statuti.
156Le tue compassioni son grandi, o Eterno; vivificami secondo i tuoi giudizi.
157I miei persecutori e i miei avversari son molti, ma io non devìo dalle tue testimonianze.
158Io ho veduto gli sleali e ne ho provato orrore; perché non osservano la tua parola.
159Vedi come amo i tuoi precetti! O Eterno, vivificami secondo la tua benignità.
160La somma della tua parola è verità; e tutti i giudizi della tua giustizia durano in eterno.
161I principi m’hanno perseguitato senza ragione, ma il mio cuore ha timore delle tue parole.
162Io mi rallegro della tua parola, come uno che trova grandi spoglie.
163Io odio e abomino la menzogna, ma amo la tua legge.
164Io ti lodo sette volte al giorno per i giudizi della tua giustizia.
165Gran pace hanno quelli che amano la tua legge, e non c’è nulla che possa farli cadere.
166Io ho sperato nella tua salvezza, o Eterno, e ho messo in pratica i tuoi comandamenti.
167L’anima mia ha osservato le tue testimonianze, ed io le amo grandemente.
168Io ho osservato i tuoi precetti e le tue testimonianze, perché tutte le mie vie ti stanno dinanzi.
169Giunga il mio grido dinanzi a te, o Eterno; dammi intelletto secondo la tua parola.
170Giunga la mia supplicazione in tua presenza; liberami secondo la tua parola.
171Le mie labbra esprimeranno la tua lode, perché tu m’insegni i tuoi statuti.
172La mia lingua celebrerà la tua parola, perché tutti i tuoi comandamenti sono giustizia.
173La tua mano mi aiuti, perché ho scelto i tuoi precetti.
174Io bramo la tua salvezza, o Eterno, e la tua legge è il mio diletto.
175L’anima mia viva, ed essa ti loderà; e mi soccorrano i tuoi giudizi.
176Io vo errando come pecora smarrita; cerca il tuo servitore, perché io non dimentico i tuoi comandamenti.

1ALEPH. BIENAVENTURADOS los perfectos de camino; los que andan en la ley de Jehová.
2Bienaventurados los que guardan sus testimonios, y con todo el corazón le buscan:
3Pues no hacen iniquidad los que andan en sus caminos.
4Tú encargaste que sean muy guardados tus mandamientos.
5¡Ojalá fuesen ordenados mis caminos á observar tus estatutos!
6Entonces no sería yo avergonzado, cuando atendiese á todos tus mandamientos.
7Te alabaré con rectitud de corazón, cuando aprendiere los juicios de tu justicia.
8Tus estatutos guardaré: no me dejes enteramente.
9BETH ¿Con qué limpiará el joven su camino? Con guardar tu palabra.
10Con todo mi corazón te he buscado: no me dejes divagar de tus mandamientos.
11En mi corazón he guardado tus dichos, para no pecar contra ti.
12Bendito tú, oh Jehová: enséñame tus estatutos.
13Con mis labios he contado todos los juicios de tu boca.

25DALETH. Pegóse al polvo mi alma: vivifícame según tu palabra.
26Mis caminos te conté, y me has respondido: enséñame tus estatutos.
27Hazme entender el camino de tus mandamientos, y hablaré de tus maravillas.
28Deshácese mi alma de ansiedad: corrobórame según tu palabra.
29Aparta de mí camino de mentira; y hazme la gracia de tu ley.
30Escogí el camino de la verdad; he puesto tus juicios delante de mí.
31Allegádome he á tus testimonios; oh Jehová, no me avergüences.
32Por el camino de tus mandamientos correré, cuando ensanchares mi corazón.
33HE. Enséñame, oh Jehová, el camino de tus estatutos, y guardarélo hasta el fin.
34Dame entendimiento, y guardaré tu ley; y la observaré de todo corazón.
35Guíame por la senda de tus mandamientos; porque en ella tengo mi voluntad.
36Inclina mi corazón á tus testimonios, y no á la avaricia.
37Aparta mis ojos, que no vean la vanidad; avívame en tu camino.
38Confirma tu palabra á tu siervo, que te teme.
39Quita de mí el oprobio que he temido: porque buenos son tus juicios.
40He aquí yo he codiciado tus mandamientos: vivifícame en tu justicia.
41VAU. Y venga á mí tu misericordia, oh Jehová; tu salud, conforme á tu dicho.
42Y daré por respuesta á mi avergonzador, que en tu palabra he confiado.
43Y no quites de mi boca en ningún tiempo la palabra de verdad; porque á tu juicio espero.
44Y guardaré tu ley siempre, por siglo de siglo.
45Y andaré en anchura, porque busqué tus mandamientos.
46Y hablaré de tus testimonios delante de los reyes, y no me avergonzaré.
47Y deleitaréme en tus mandamientos, que he amado.
48Alzaré asimismo mis manos á tus mandamientos, que amé; y meditaré en tus estatutos.
49ZAIN. Acuérdate de la palabra dada á tu siervo, en la cual me has hecho esperar.
50Esta es mi consuelo en mi aflicción: porque tu dicho me ha vivificado.
51Los soberbios se burlaron mucho de mí: mas no me he apartado de tu ley.
52Acordéme, oh Jehová, de tus juicios antiguos, y consoléme.
53Horror se apoderó de mí, á causa de los impíos que dejan tu ley.
54Cánticos me fueron tus estatutos en la mansión de mis peregrinaciones.
55Acordéme en la noche de tu nombre, oh Jehová, y guardé tu ley.
56Esto tuve, porque guardaba tus mandamientos.
57CHETH. Mi porción, oh Jehová, dije, será guardar tus palabras.
58Tu presencia supliqué de todo corazón: ten misericordia de mí según tu palabra.
59Consideré mis caminos, y torné mis pies á tus testimonios.
60Apresuréme, y no me retardé en guardar tus mandamientos.
61Compañías de impíos me han robado: mas no me he olvidado de tu ley.
62A media noche me levantaba á alabarte sobre los juicios de tu justicia.
63Compañero soy yo de todos los que te temieren y guardaren tus mandamientos.
64De tu misericordia, oh Jehová, está llena la tierra: enséñame tus estatutos.
65TETH. Bien has hecho con tu siervo, oh Jehová, conforme á tu palabra.
66Enséñame bondad de sentido y sabiduría; porque tus mandamientos he creído.
67Antes que fuera yo humillado, descarriado andaba; mas ahora guardo tu palabra.
68Bueno eres tú, y bienhechor: enséñame tus estatutos.
69Contra mí forjaron mentira los soberbios: mas yo guardaré de todo corazón tus mandamientos.
70Engrasóse el corazón de ellos como sebo; mas yo en tu ley me he deleitado.
71Bueno me es haber sido humillado, para que aprenda tus estatutos.
72Mejor me es la ley de tu boca, que millares de oro y plata.
73JOD. Tus manos me hicieron y me formaron: hazme entender, y aprenderé tus mandamientos.
74Los que te temen, me verán, y se alegrarán; porque en tu palabra he esperado.
75Conozco, oh Jehová, que tus juicios son justicia, y que conforme á tu fidelidad me afligiste.
76Sea ahora tu misericordia para consolarme, conforme á lo que has dicho á tu siervo.
77Vengan á mí tus misericordias, y viva; porque tu ley es mi deleite.
78Sean avergonzados los soberbios, porque sin causa me han calumniado: yo empero, meditaré en tus mandamientos.
79Tórnense á mí los que te temen y conocen tus testimonios.
80Sea mi corazón íntegro en tus estatutos; porque no sea yo avergonzado.
81CAPH. Desfallece mi alma por tu salud, esperando en tu palabra.
82Desfallecieron mis ojos por tu palabra, diciendo: ¿Cuándo me consolarás?
83Porque estoy como el odre al humo; mas no he olvidado tus estatutos.
84¿Cuántos son los días de tu siervo? ¿cuándo harás juicio contra los que me persiguen?
85Los soberbios me han cavado hoyos; mas no obran según tu ley.
86Todos tus mandamientos son verdad: sin causa me persiguen; ayúdame.
87Casi me han echado por tierra: mas yo no he dejado tus mandamientos.
88Vivifícame conforme á tu misericordia; y guardaré los testimonios de tu boca.
89LAMED. Para siempre, oh Jehová, permanece tu palabra en los cielos.
90Por generación y generación es tu verdad: tú afirmaste la tierra, y persevera.
91Por tu ordenación perseveran hasta hoy las cosas criadas; porque todas ellas te sirven.
92Si tu ley no hubiese sido mis delicias, ya en mi aflicción hubiera perecido.
93Nunca jamás me olvidaré de tus mandamientos; porque con ellos me has vivificado.
94Tuyo soy yo, guárdame; porque he buscado tus mandamientos.
95Los impíos me han aguardado para destruirme: mas yo entenderé en tus testimonios.
96A toda perfección he visto fin: ancho sobremanera es tu mandamiento.
97MEM ¡Cuánto amo yo tu ley! todo el día es ella mi meditación.
98Me has hecho más sabio que mis enemigos con tus mandamientos; porque me son eternos.
99Más que todos mis enseñadores he entendido: porque tus testimonios son mi meditación.
100Más que los viejos he entendido, porque he guardado tus mandamientos.
101De todo mal camino contuve mis pies, para guardar tu palabra.
102No me aparté de tus juicios; porque tú me enseñaste.
103¡Cuán dulces son á mi paladar tus palabras! más que la miel á mi boca.
104De tus mandamientos he adquirido inteligencia: por tanto he aborrecido todo camino de mentira.
105NUN. Lámpara es á mis pies tu palabra, y lumbrera á mi camino.
106Juré y ratifiqué el guardar los juicios de tu justicia.
107Afligido estoy en gran manera: oh Jehová, vivifícame conforme á tu palabra.
108Ruégote, oh Jehová, te sean agradables los sacrificios voluntarios de mi boca; y enséñame tus juicios.
109De continuo está mi alma en mi mano: mas no me he olvidado de tu ley.
110Pusiéronme lazo los impíos: empero yo no me desvié de tus mandamientos.
111Por heredad he tomado tus testimonios para siempre; porque son el gozo de mi corazón.
112Mi corazón incliné á poner por obra tus estatutos de continuo, hasta el fin.
113SAMECH. Los pensamientos vanos aborrezco; mas amo tu ley.
114Mi escondedero y mi escudo eres tú: en tu palabra he esperado.

130The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple.
