L’Eternel est au palais de sa Sainteté ; l’Eternel a son Trône aux cieux ; ses yeux contemplent, et ses paupières sondent les fils des hommes.

Jehová en el templo de su santidad: la silla de Jehová está en el cielo: sus ojos ven, sus párpados examinan á los hijos de los hombres.
