For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.

Jehová prueba al justo; empero al malo y al que ama la violencia, su alma aborrece.
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
The LORD examines the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and him who loves violence.
Er wird Schlingen regnen lassen auf die Gesetzlosen; Feuer und Schwefel und Glutwind wird das Teil ihres Bechers sein.
Sobre los malos lloverá lazos; fuego y azufre, con vientos de torbellinos, será la porción del cáliz de ellos.
Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.

Denn gerecht ist Jehova, Gerechtigkeiten liebt er. Sein Angesicht schaut den Aufrichtigen an.

For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
For the LORD is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face.
