In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
In the LORD, I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain”?
Poiché, ecco, gli empi tendono l’arco, accoccan le loro saette sulla corda per tirarle nell’oscurità contro i retti di cuore.
Porque he aquí, los malos flecharon el arco, apercibieron sus saetas sobre la cuerda, para asaetear en oculto á los rectos de corazón.
For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.
For, behold, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.

L’Eterno è nel tempio della sua santità; l’Eterno ha il suo trono nei cieli; i suoi occhi veggono, le sue palpebre scrutano i figliuoli degli uomini.
Jehová en el templo de su santidad: la silla de Jehová está en el cielo: sus ojos ven, sus párpados examinan á los hijos de los hombres.
The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
The LORD is in his holy temple. The LORD is on his throne in heaven. His eyes observe. His eyes examine the children of men.
L’Eterno scruta il giusto, ma l’anima sua odia l’empio e colui che ama la violenza.
Jehová prueba al justo; empero al malo y al que ama la violencia, su alma aborrece.
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
The LORD examines the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and him who loves violence.
Egli farà piovere sull’empio carboni accesi; zolfo e vento infocato sarà la parte del loro calice.
Sobre los malos lloverá lazos; fuego y azufre, con vientos de torbellinos, será la porción del cáliz de ellos.
Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.
Poiché l’Eterno è giusto; egli ama la giustizia; gli uomini retti contempleranno la sua faccia.
Porque el justo Jehová ama la justicia: al recto mirará su rostro.
For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
For the LORD is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face.
