In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
In the LORD, I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain”?
Denn siehe, die Gottlosen spannen ihren Bogen und haben ihre Pfeile auf die Sehne gelegt, um im Verborgenen auf die zu schießen, welche aufrichtigen Herzens sind.
Porque he aquí, los malos flecharon el arco, apercibieron sus saetas sobre la cuerda, para asaetear en oculto á los rectos de corazón.
For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.
For, behold, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
Wenn die Grundfesten eingerissen werden, was hat der Gerechte getan?

Der HERR ist in seinem heiligen Tempel. Des HERRN Thron ist im Himmel; seine Augen spähen, seine Wimpern prüfen die Menschenkinder.
Jehová en el templo de su santidad: la silla de Jehová está en el cielo: sus ojos ven, sus párpados examinan á los hijos de los hombres.
The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

Der HERR prüft den Gerechten und den Gottlosen, und den, der Frevel liebt, haßt seine Seele.
Jehová prueba al justo; empero al malo y al que ama la violencia, su alma aborrece.
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
The LORD examines the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and him who loves violence.
Er läßt regnen über die Gottlosen; Schlingen, Feuer, Schwefel und Glutwind teilt er ihnen zu.
Sobre los malos lloverá lazos; fuego y azufre, con vientos de torbellinos, será la porción del cáliz de ellos.
Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.
Denn gerecht ist der HERR, er liebt Gerechtigkeit; die Redlichen werden sein Antlitz schauen.
Porque el justo Jehová ama la justicia: al recto mirará su rostro.
For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
For the LORD is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face.
