In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
In the LORD, I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain”?
Mira que los pecadores han apuntado el arco, y tienen preparadas saetas dentro de sus aljabas, para asaetar a escondidas a los que son de corazón recto.
Porque he aquí, los malos flecharon el arco, apercibieron sus saetas sobre la cuerda, para asaetear en oculto á los rectos de corazón.
For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.
For, behold, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
Porque aquello que tú hiciste de bueno, lo han reducido a nada; mas el justo, ¿qué es lo que ha hecho de malo?
Si fueren destruídos los fundamentos, ¿qué ha de hacer el justo?

Pero el Señor está en su santo templo, el Señor tiene su trono en el cielo. Sus ojos están mirando al pobre; sus párpados están examinando a los hijos de los hombres.
Jehová en el templo de su santidad: la silla de Jehová está en el cielo: sus ojos ven, sus párpados examinan á los hijos de los hombres.
The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’s throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
The LORD is in his holy temple. The LORD is on his throne in heaven. His eyes observe. His eyes examine the children of men.
El Señor vigila al justo y al impío; y así el que ama la maldad, odia su propia alma.
Jehová prueba al justo; empero al malo y al que ama la violencia, su alma aborrece.
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
The LORD examines the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and him who loves violence.
Lloverá lazos o desastres sobre los pecadores; el fuego, y azufre, y el viento tempestuoso son el cáliz, o bebida, que les tocará.
Sobre los malos lloverá lazos; fuego y azufre, con vientos de torbellinos, será la porción del cáliz de ellos.
Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.
Porque el Señor es justo y ama la justicia, está siempre su rostro mirando la rectitud.
Porque el justo Jehová ama la justicia: al recto mirará su rostro.
For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
For the LORD is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face.
