1Ein Stufenlied. Ich hebe meine Augen auf zu den Bergen, woher meine Hilfe kommen wird.
2Meine Hilfe kommt von Jehova, der Himmel und Erde gemacht hat.
3Er wird nicht zulassen, daß dein Fuß wanke; dein Hüter schlummert nicht.
4Siehe, der Hüter Israels, nicht schlummert noch schläft er.
5Jehova ist dein Hüter, Jehova ist dein Schatten über deiner rechten Hand.
6Nicht wird die Sonne dich stechen des Tages, noch der Mond des Nachts.
7Jehova wird dich behüten vor allem Übel, er wird behüten deine Seele.
8Jehova wird behüten deinen Ausgang und deinen Eingang, von nun an bis in Ewigkeit.

2Mi socorro viene de Jehová, que hizo los cielos y la tierra.
3No dará tu pie al resbaladero; ni se dormirá el que te guarda.
4He aquí, no se adormecerá ni dormirá el que guarda á Israel.
5Jehová es tu guardador: Jehová es tu sombra á tu mano derecha.
6El sol no te fatigará de día, ni la luna de noche.
7Jehová te guardará de todo mal: él guardará tu alma.
8Jehová guardará tu salida y tu entrada, desde ahora y para siempre.

1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
