When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.
When the LORD brought back those who returned to Zion, we were like those who dream.
Entonces rebosará de gozo nuestra boca, y de júbilo nuestra lengua. Se dirá entonces entre las naciones: Grandiosas cosas ha hecho por ellos el Señor.
Entonces nuestra boca se henchirá de risa, y nuestra lengua de alabanza; entonces dirán entre las gentes: Grandes cosas ha hecho Jehová con éstos.
Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.

Sí, cosas grandes ha obrado el Señor a favor nuestro, inundados estamos de gozo.
Grandes cosas ha hecho Jehová con nosotros; estaremos alegres.

Pero, Señor, libra de la esclavitud a los demás de nuestros hermanos cautivos; vuelvan como torrentes al soplo del mediodía.
Haz volver nuestra cautividad, oh Jehová, como los arroyos en el austro.
Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.
Restore our fortunes again, LORD, like the streams in the Negev.
Aquellos que sembraban con lágrimas segarán llenos de júbilo.
Los que sembraron con lágrimas, con regocijo segarán.
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
Those who sow in tears will reap in joy.
Cuando iban, esparcían llorando sus semillas; mas cuando vuelvan, vendrán con gran regocijo, trayendo las gavillas de sus mieses.
Irá andando y llorando el que lleva la preciosa simiente; mas volverá á venir con regocijo, trayendo sus gavillas.
He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
He who goes out weeping, carrying seed for sowing, will certainly come again with joy, carrying his sheaves.
