Destruirá Jehová todos los labios lisonjeros, la lengua que habla grandezas;
The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:

Los que dicen: Prevaleceremos con nuestra lengua. Nuestros labios son nuestros. ¿Quién es ʼAdón sobre nosotros?
Que dijeron: Por nuestra lengua prevaleceremos; nuestros labios están con nosotros: ¿quién nos es señor?
Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?

Por la opresión a los pobres, Por el gemido del menesteroso, Ahora me levantaré, dice Yavé. Pondré en seguridad al que por ella suspira.

For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him.
