Ellos han dicho: Nosotros con nuestra lengua, o artificiosas palabras, haremos cosas grandes; somos dueños de nuestros labios; ¿quién nos manda a nosotros?
Que dijeron: Por nuestra lengua prevaleceremos; nuestros labios están con nosotros: ¿quién nos es señor?

Pero el Señor mirando a la miseria de los desvalidos, y al gemido de los pobres, dice: Ahora me levantaré yo para defenderlos. Los pondré a salvo; yo les inspiraré confianza.
Por la opresión de los pobres, por el gemido de los menesterosos, ahora me levantaré, dice Jehová: pondrélos en salvo del que contra ellos se engríe.
